I didn’t like the staff

立地もよく、綺麗で、快適な滞在でした。エレベーターが壊れて4階まで徒歩での移動は少し気になりましたが、許容範囲でしょう。

Muy bien ubicado, limpio en general aunque creo que en áreas comunes puede estar un poco mejor

The hostel is near the Powell St station which is convenient to go to different part of the city. It is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

朝食は美味しいし設備もしっかりしてるしスタッフの方々は優しいし相部屋で色んな人と英語で仲良くなれたしめちゃめちゃ安いし、最高のホステルでした！駅周辺の治安悪化が不安な日本人の方に非常にオススメです！相部屋でも70Lスーツケースを開いて収納出来る広さのロッカーがありますが、鍵は無いので南京錠かダイヤルロックキーを持っていくといいと思います。 修理期間で使えなかったエレベーターが使えればさらに良かったです！

I loved this place

I’m trying to cancel my stay as I’m still at the airport in a different city and the payment I utilized might be a scam from the company I applied for the credit from. Key One (master card). I continue to call to the bank and they just transfer me but I believe they continue to gamble for something is already lost.

Quiet, cheap, clean hostel with good staff. Just gotta fix the elevator. Good kitchen and laundry. Comfortable bed but creaky springs every time you roll over. A convenient location for transport around the city. One block from Union Square. I would stay here again. ps: Lime scooters won’t make it up the hill.

I’ve stayed at a few hostels in the city. This feels the safest and most comfortable.

Very unhygienic and disgusting the restroom are not clean and they smell very bad that we wouldn't even use them. I hated staying here every minute

+) 샌프란 평균 가격에 비해 좋은가격 +) 주방시설이 잘 되어있어 전반적으로 이용이편리합니다 +) 위치 좋고 깨끗 +) 화장실,샤워실이 바깥에 있었지만 기다리고 사용못한적 없음 -)아침에 제가 가지고 온 빵을 토스터에 굽는데 토스터기에는 조식으로 제공되는 빵만 사용해야 된다고 막음. 왜 안되냐고 물으니 그 다음부터는 별 얘기없었어요 -) 2024년 12월 9일부터 약 두달간 엘레베이터 이용이 불가합니다

I like that room where clean and safe. Breakfast and the kitchen was a very nice experience.

Tv in room but had a blessed stay

My second stay here. The first stay was great, shared beds with 4 other girls, room was in the second floor, very nice, clean and quiet room, breakfast was substantial too. I was impressed, so on my second visit to SFO, I brought my daughter with me. Was given a 5th floor room, for 3 people, but only me and my daughter occupied it the whole 2-night stay. The room smelled of dirty, old and wet carpet. We arrived almost 12 midnight, and only had a day to tour the city, we didn’t ask for a room-change for it was a waste of time. I would still stay in this hostel the next visit, for it’s very near the Powell station and lots of connecting transportation to everything, but I’ll be sure to ask for a room change if the room smells.
