Pool was very crowded. For example some families had a sunbed for their approximately 2 year old child. We waited about three hours to get two beds for me and my friend. Also room keycard system was broken so we couldn’t get in to our room by ourselves and every time we needed to ask a staff member to open the door. Also there was a renovation going on. It was impossible to stay on your room during the daytime because of the noise. Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was spacious and clean. Pool area was beuatiful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family and two children. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh and delicious options for both adults and kids. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. We would definitely come back!

The room key cards were not working, so hotel staff had to come up to the room with us to open the doors using a master key, which was not always convenient. There was also an issue with the Wi-Fi connection. It appears that the hotel has significant problems with its IT infrastructure.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were attentive and very friendly. They were knowledgeable about the area. We had some issue with the AC however they got that sorted and were prompt on solving it. They have works going on at the moment but made sure we were aware. Also accommodated my daughter with adding a bed in the room free of charge.

The staff was excellent and the property was very safe and well maintained. Gated private parking. Definitely will stay here again!

Very helpful staff

Overall enjoyed our stay, the hotel was very convenient for sight seeing, check-in and check out was much slower than usual but room was really nicely appointed and staff were helpful & friendly. Would definitely stay again here.

It was family stay with kids, I will say Hotel was good, only all the extras is too expensive like food and drink's.

I have been asked to pay for accomodation even though I had paid it during reservation. I have showed them my receipt then everything is settled

Property is good.expedia did not communicate properly with them and had to pay for extra room for a night,but the manager Mr Eduard was very helpful and upgraded at a minimal fee.staff was low,we had to bring down our own bags early morning. Overall nice hotel and recommend
