Bed was very comfortable, although no safe in the room. Great layout of the room. Lots of great restaurants around! Maybe better wrist bracelet system, not as big!

Had a great check in experience and got a convenient early check in on a Monday arrival. An added bonus are the activities included in the booking, such as gondola ride and treetop canopy. My family loved the activities.

Excellent get away! Beautiful property and amenities. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped excellent for families and getaways.

Loved the location and pool/hot tub. And that’s really all we needed. The room could have been better. They said it was newly renovated

We were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the stay was at the resort and would definitely consider returning next summer. Our young grandchildren really enjoyed the pool and the playgrounds. The shopping, the food, the music, and the weather was perfect. Great time!

I didn’t like that to upgrade our amenities to include only the mountain ride you had to pay for a full upgrade including all amenities and it’s very expensive for families after already paying for the room

Subject: Feedback on My Stay – Parking Incident at Blue Mountain Beach Hello, I wanted to share feedback about my recent stay. Overall, my experience was enjoyable—until the final day at the private Blue Mountain Beach area. Unfortunately, my car got stuck due to the lack of clear parking signage. This oversight led me to unknowingly drive into an unsafe area, where my vehicle struck a rock and damaged the bottom axle. I believe this reflects a degree of negligence and could be misleading for guests unfamiliar with the terrain. On a positive note, the team on-site was incredibly supportive, especially Natalie, whose assistance I truly appreciated. I’m grateful for their help during a stressful moment. However, I’m disappointed with the condition and signage of the parking area itself. I hope this issue can be addressed to prevent similar incidents for future guests. Thank you for your attention. Room was great and so was the location except that the music Friday and Saturday night in the village was extremely loud and disruptive. We weren't expecting that. Also, trying to figure out activity passes was confusing - what was included with the room versus what was additional costs, and constantly changing prices. We enjoyed the activities but given the long wait times and cost I'm not sure if the value is there.
