Das Hotel ist schön, die Menschen, die dort arbeiten sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders genossen habe ich den Sonnenuntergang auf der großen Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Nicht gefallen hat mir, dass es direkt an einer Straße liegt die man auch überqueren muss, um an den Strand zu kommen. Am Strand gibt es zwei Nichtschwimmerbecken, die von frischem Meerwasser gespeist sind. Ideal für Kinder.

Property looks nice from the outside but cleanliness is horrible. The towels are old and worn out. Even though they said they were washed, we found different disgusting marks on many of them. Parking is on the street for free. Swimming pool had lots of mold.

Väldigt trevligt och familjärt hotell där alla i personalen var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Vårt rum var på 6:e våningen med fantastisk utsikt, dock behövde vi ta tre hissar för att komma upp. Lugnt på hotellet, nästan inga barnfamiljer utan mest yngre/medelålders par. Ca 15 minuter promenad till Gamla stan med en stor mängd restauranger. Nedanför hotellet finns en mindre publik strand som var helt ok. Mellan hotell och strand en trafikerad gata. Väldigt bra frukost. Liten pentry på rummet. Vi är sammantaget väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse.

We enjoyed this hotel immensely and highly recommend it! This hotel has a wonderful breakfast with a wide selection of food options to suit everyone's tastes and with a beautiful view of the beachfront. Free parking was across the hotel entrance with a huge area to park. We did daily day trips to explore Crete, and there were always parking spots available when we returned at the end of the day. We chose this hotel due to the beautiful views from the balconies, the cleanliness, and the parking. We easily would walk for a leisurely walk into Old Town in 15 minutes. Even taking a taxi was very cheap which we did on way back one evening. The rooms were modern, clean and towels changed every day. The front desk staff were so polite and catered to all of our needs. The owner Mr, Stelios also greeted us and took us to our rooms and explained how the air conditioner worked, where all the amenities were. We enjoyed seeing him everyday! Their pool is amazing, and the pool deck with a beautiful beachfront view had an amazing bar for drinks and food. The bar person is very nice and works hard getting drinks and food ready for your order. Loved the pool area with the sun loungers and perfect views! This hotel will not disappoint at all. We had our two sons and their girlfriends with us, so we had 3 rooms in total and everybody enjoyed Archipelogos hotel. We surely would stay here when we go back to Rethymnon. We had an awesome stay! The air conditioning was broken and could not be used. It was 32 degrees Celsius outside. They had no other room or could not fix the air conditioning. We ended up booking a new hotel at our own cost. We got no refunds from Archipelagos other then a voucher on 50 €. That was all. No respond on emails later. Nothing. I do not recommend this hotel!!!!!

The Hotel was very nice and conveniently located a little bit outside the centre, but still walking distance. There is a decent size pool and a small beach just opposite. The staff was very friendly. I would recommend the hotel.

My second time staying here and it likely won't be my last! A truly great little hotel with wonderful staff and owner who can't do enough for you. Rooms are clean spacious and bright with beautiful views, pool is clean and with plenty of loungers. Location is fantastic, 10-15 mins into Rethymno old town. Parking right outside the hotel, and Rethymno is an ideal base for exploring much of the island. All in all, stay at the Archipelagos, you won't regret it!

Chambre avec piscine privée mais l'eau etait glacée donc très déçues. Odeur très désagréable dans la salle de bain, pas de place ni de petite étagère pour poser article de toilette. Le verre à dent rouillé donc impossible de s'en servir il fuyait par le fond. Literie très molle. Dans l'ensemble déçues par hotel pour le prix.

Lovely clean hotel. Rooms were spacious, and we had a great view of the sea. Room 906. Not 5 star standards, but great value for money. Breakfast was typically Greek and something there for everyone.

We got upgraded to a room with private pool in balcony and it was such a VIP experience! The room was not spacious but it was modern and slick.

Great family run hotel really welcoming room was great with a plunge pool over looking the sea. Walked into town great location and nice little beach opposite the hotel Neil and Jessica

Staff were friendly. Our room had a nice view of the ocean for a relatively low price. However the downstairs suite where we stayed was a bit cramped for 4 people

Nice hotel, building is set in the slopping hill. Beautiful sea and fortress views.

A new favorite for us in the Rethymno area. It is a little bit of a walk to the old town but the convenience of parking and walking was worth it for us. The hotel is clean, everyone was friendly, the breakfast was delicious and the views were amazing! We will be back again next year for a longer stay!

I was very disappointed at my room I was given as I found a very dirty shower. As I complained about it, the response of staff and manager was rude and not helpful. The answer was: You booked an economy room, what did you expect?". Well, cleanliness, please. Basic facilities does not mean filthy. After I insisted a lot, I was finally given another room with a clean bathroom this time. The rest of the stay went fine, I didn't stay much in the hotel so I haven't used their other facilities. They even offered me breakfast when I left. The area, a bit outside of town (15 min walk) is close to the bus station, but not so nice. Disappointing altogether.

Min vuxna dotter och jag tillbringade 10 härliga dagar på Kreta och på Archipolagos hotell! Mysigt familje/ par hotell i utkanten på Rethymnon. Först lite avskräckta av ”förortskänslan” när vi promenerade in till City, men vi vande oss vid 20 min in och hem! Hittade även fantastiska små restauranger när vi gick väster ut! Varje morgon serverades härlig frukostbuffé med varierande smårätter fr det Grekiska köket. Gemytlig stämning med ägare och övrig personal på hotellet! Bra poolområde med väldigt bra personal i baren, som fixade goda smårätter mm!👍På andra sidan den ganska trafikerade vägen, finns en liten strand, där mest lokalbefolkningen tog sina dopp! Tyvärr ganska skräpigt på och runt stranden men är tydligen i ett renoveringsarbete.Inbjuder till simtur i solnedgången!
