For the cost, service was ok but they could step up their room service. No issue with room service being provided every other day but little was done other than replenish towels, empty garbage and straighten bed. Could have used a quick vacuum and bathroom clean of surfaces and floor. Amenities were standard soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion with one make up wipe remover. No shower cap or any other extras. Water in room was for members only. Overall, the cost is overpriced for the service provided.

My guest room had a few issues! Room 309 needs attention to the bathroom sink and tub drainage as they filled up with water that drained slowly as if the drains need a good cleaning! I almost ran out of toilet paper as a second roll was not replaced on day 2.

Room was clean, beds we’re comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Great staff, good breakfast. Did not appreciate the paper plates and plastic cutlery though. Have seen other Hilton Hotels do things differently.

Overall, very clean place, breakfast was good, and the room was nice. Downsides were the sofa bed mattress was in terrible shape, and the pool was closed, but still advertised as open on the hotel site.

Okay stay overall Staff was nice. Breakfast was good - plenty and variety. But hotel not the cleanest and a bit run down, considering the price. Hallway littered all the time. Garbage stacked in corner right outside the elevator all three days there. Room bathroom looked clean but had an off-odour: musty, unclean type of smell. We booked because of the indoor pool, but during booking it wasn't mentioned that pool was closed for maintenance. We stayed, it met our needs, but I probably won't book again on my next trip in 6 months.
