Excellent location and very clean hotel. We did appreciate the comfort of the spacious room with a kitchen and clean bathroom. There are many restaurants, fast food, a grocery store and a library just down the hotel. And the subway! The staff was nice and welcoming. I recommend this hotel.

The smell of mold, rude staff and not enough space for parking Never recommend to any family member Just waste the money

When we booked we thought that breakfast is included and we found out that it wasn't and we have to pay extra if we choose to eat at their dinning. Some of the front desk staff never great you if we don't say hi first. I felt that they are not approachable but the cleaning team is excellent they come and clean our room well.

Very clean room

Staff was very friendly and helpful during our three day stay. Our room was recently updated, very clean and quiet. While the view out the windows were of old apt buildings, we benefited from no street or pedestrian noise. The neighborhood was clean and safe with markets and restaurants close and the metro 1.5 blocks away. We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable property in great west end neighborhood. Check-in was slightly weird with “tough-guy” staff and parking in the underground garage was extremely tight (and an extra fee) but the room was huge and had a small kitchen with everything included if you wanted to prepare food. The metro (Montreal subway) was a block away and made traveling all over the City, a breeze. Wonderful local restaurants, cafe’s and markets (a huge outdoor food market next door) make the location of this hotel just perfect as an alternative to staying downtown. My only complaint was that although towels were replaced, the bed was not made and the room was not cleaned after our first night. It seemed odd. Also, with one elevator serving 6 floors, there was usually a wait to get down to the lobby or up to the room. All in all though, I would stay here again and recommend it.

If I didn't bring a car I would give this place full marks. There is not enough parking for all guests and the alternative is an open air carpark several minutes walk away. We got lucky though, but did have to pay $20 per night, not great when our original search filtered for included parking. But, aside from that, the rooms are well laid out, clean, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of space and well kitted out. The staff were helpful. We also very much liked the location, the street has plenty of eateries and a supermarket, and looks good too. The front upper floors have a lovely view of St Joseph too. Finally, the subway is nearby. So, in conclusion, keep fingers crossed if you have a car. If not, and the price and place appeals, I highly recommend it.

Room was clean and bed was great. Parking was a bit of a struggle due to the double parking but was able to manage with help of the staff.

The hotel is perfect, great location, near Metro station and restaurants, super clean and the staff is great. We will definitely be staying there again.

I would come back again, the room with a king bed was very comfortable and spacious.

Séjour très satisfaisant comme d'habitude c'est mon 5 ème séjour). Hôtel très bien situé. Personnel très accueillant et disponible. Hôtel très propre. Petits inconvénients :réfrigérateur très bruyant. Il manque un porte serviette dans la salle de bains ( donc obligé de changer les serviettes tous les jours car autrement elles ne sèchent pas) .

This hotel is veeeery clean. That helped me relaxe a lot cuz I usually focus on the gross stuff and there was none to obcess about. I think I found my repeate place to go back to in mtl. 😍😍😍😍
