Building work being done in resort, nothing was mentioned upon check in or upon booking. Drilling next to the pool and workmen working from morning till afternoon. We chose not to use the pool for this reason and wasn’t the best to walk through considering the price you payed for the hotel

The accommodations, the access to the beach as well as a friendly and competent staff made our stay a very pleasant experience

This is a great location if you want to be close to the action but removed from the chaos. The front desk staff were excellent, until we tried to book extra days, where the price went up and was more expensive than Dreams Jardin, which we went to and was a definite step up in every aspect. The room that was provided had a mini kitchen that was nice, but we never used. The view was of a white wall, so we tried to change rooms and nothing was available. There are rooms with excellent views and others with terrible views. Overall an ok property, but better ones are are available elsewhere for a better price!

Ruim drie slaapkamer appartement. Netjes onderhouden. Verder super schoon hotel en regelmatig schoonmaak van het appartement. Goed gelegen vlakbij leuke restaurantjes en winkels. Ontbijt was ook goed, genoeg keuze voor iedereen. Verwarmde zwembad was heerlijk en de bediening bij het zwembad super klantvriendelijk en behulpzaam.

The stay is a minimum AIRBNB experience, although you pay for a 4 star hotel. It would have been much cheaper with AIRBNB. We stayed 17 nights and no sheet change, towels with holes in them, understaffed. The cleaning meant just moping and throwing away the garbage. The breakfast, the minimum you could think of and not that fresh products. In all that complex I think I say at most the same 20 people for all areas. We stayed before and it was a hotel experience. Now again it's just an over expensive airbnb. I will never come back.

Hôtel très bien situé et calme. Parfois le personnel peu organisé au petit déjeuner (manque du pain, des couverts etc) mais rien de grave car tous sont super agréable

-Huone merinäkymällä lunasti odotukset! Iso terassi, modernit kalusteet ja pinnat. Hyvän kokoinen jääkaappi. Huone kaikinpuolin mainio. -Aamiainen yleisesti hyvä, paitsi mehukone oli osan aikaa rikki eikä korvaavaa mehua järjestetty. Positiivinen yllätys oli aamiaisen yhteydessä päivittäin tarjolla oleva kuohuviini. -Aurinkotuolien kanssa tarvittiin tuuria, ei yhtään ylimääräisiä ollut maaliskuun reissullamme. -Hotellin sijainti on mainio, kaikki palvelut lähellä. Henkilökunta ja palvelu oli erinomaista. Voisimme hyvinkin palata.

Die Lage und das große Appartement waren super. Frühstücksbuffet war auch toll. Ein bisschen schwierig ist das parken im Parhaus. Unbedingt vorher einer Parkplatz reservieren.

Bra cleaning

Clean, friendly staff, cava upon arrival, close to everything. Hotel was great, but… …Just know Adele is Las Vegas in tourism- full of beer-belly crowds, low expectations, no choices for the sophisticated travelers.

Das Zimmer war groß und grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. Allerdings war die Matratze unfassbar weich und durchgelegen. Während unseres Aufenthalts hat es einen Tag geregnet, was dazu geführt hat, dass der Aufzug 3 Tage lang nicht funktionsfähig war - als Begründung wurde angegeben, dass bei Regen die Kabel nass und dadurch rutschig würden. Ein nicht akzeptables Sicherheitsrisiko! Im Schlafzimmer funktionierten die Steckdosen nur bei angeschaltetem Lichtschalter und den Rauchmelder mussten wir abschrauben, da er durchgehend geblinkt hat. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und auch das Frühstück war ordentlich, allerdings würden wir das Hotel für den Preis nicht weiterempfehlen.
