Staff were super nice when there were some issues with our room and promptly corrected it.

This hotel is an older facility that is safe and in a good location, but it’s showing its age. The hotel is fairly priced for its condition. Parking is convenient and it was easy to go from the parking garage to the hotel. Our room had no soap the first night, we got some from the front desk the next morning. The shower head was so small in volume that it was truly difficult to take a shower. It rained the second night and our window leaked quite a bit of water inside. The hotel was quiet and safe and the beds were comfy. Again, I thought it was fairly priced.

Room door didn't lock unless you were inside using dead bolt while we were out the door was unlocked

Front desk associates were very pleasant and helpful! Having breakfast included was a plus, though the eggs seemed to be made from powdered, or non egg substitute (no flavor). The room needed to be upgraded...stained carpet; bathroom was not very clean, and it had a broken plug (which was promptly fixed when reported). Also, the flapper in the toilet needed to be replaced, and the fan was unpredictable. Coffee maker and refrigerator worked fine.

Nice clean hotel minutes away from Buffalo Trace Distillery.

Easy parking in the ramp behind. Breakfast included. Convenient for bourbon tasting. Could use massive updates, even to things like size of towels and pillows, better hairdryer, cleanliness in room, furniture updates, and cleanliness of halls and elevators.

Smells awful in and around the hotel. Room was dirty. I am going to a different hotel.

Mostly outdated feel like you’re walking into 80/90s - would be an amazing hotel if updated and kept clean. No refrigerator or microwave in room. Pool was good but the pool house is falling apart and very outdated limited seating that wasn’t also falling apart. Bar area and lobby area mostly great. Breakfast was not fantastic but I’ve had worse. All in all okay stay just wish it was more updated and felt cleaner.

Our room was very clean. Everyone was very friendly. We went to different bourbon distilleries and it was a great location for it.

Breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold options. Very dated facility. No ice maker on our floor. Had a nice treat bag of water and snacks waiting for us. Parking not convenient as it is a parking garage with a little walk. Very convenient to distilleries. Bed and linens were comfortable.

Comfortable and well located

Very friendly welcoming from the front desk. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location is great - walk to restaurants and a short drive to Buffalo Trace. A beautiful sunrise from the 7th floor facing West. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast. The biscuits and gravy amazing. Sausage, potatoes and eggs were so good. 10/10 would stay here again!

I love the capitol plazai

Shower water pressure was horrible. Just basically dripped out. Hotel was central to where we needed to be. The parking ramp is attached but a real hassle to get to. Breakfast was nice and the attendant was super friendly. Beds were okay.
