Too much noise. Hotel smells terrible. No hot water in shower. Property needs renovation.

Location was good and breakfast was wonderful. Room was disappointing as outlet near bed did not work and bathroom door would not shut did not line up so was irritating. Location could have been better right at front first level to much road noise for a silver member.

The cleanliness of room was really lacking...the bathroom had grime along the baseboards and corners of wall/floor, worn and gray enamel spots all over the tub, and the sofa bed was dirty - the sheets rumpled and had stains. When we woke up the first morning, there was a giant cockroach on its back in the middle of the room.

Goog room, nice and quiet. Regular breakfast. Busy parking lot.

A little tired and in need of a face lift but still clean enough to stay in.

Breakfast menu was fine, staff was limited, but friendly and attentive. Beds were comfortable and sheets clean. The property on the other hand is in need of some updates and general remodel. I know that due to the hot weather, humidity and lack of ventilation the rooms will be prone to mold and that was the case in our room. We noticed mold all over the bathtub and even on the ceiling above the bed.

We had a great stay. The room was huge and clean and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Plus the hotel breakfast was amazing and the coffee absolutely too notch!

Room smelled clean but wasn’t. Body hair all over the bathroom in tub on the bed we had to get new sheets It was gross

Toilet above our room was leaking and we could not use our toilet and we have very hard time to open our door room

One of the worst hotel conversions I have ever seen. Was given an accessible room which I have my doubts would pass TAS standards. Room was a dump. Other guest decided to hang out in front of my door at 6am along with screaming kids up and down hallways.
