Clean and cool, great food options (I’m vegetarian), helpful staff, and walkable location :) even let us stay after checkout to enjoy the all inclusive facilities whilst waiting for our late flight. Thank you!

Väldigt fint och flott hotell. Rummet var jättebra. Klagar ingeting. Vi hade All-inclusive. Drinkar och drickat bra, inte utspätt utan man blev full. Maten var helt okej. Fanns vissa rätter som alltid funkar, pasta bolognese, pommes och ibland fanns det gyros. Annars skulle jag ge maten 5 av 10. Men de fanns alltid mat och dricka tills 22.30 Området var bra, väldigt nära till gamla stan och rhodos stad. Poolen var liten, man var tvungen att lägga ut sina handdukar tidigt om man vill ha en plats i solen.

A comfortable and clean hotel. A bit noisy night with other guests arriving back drunk from the town in the early hours, the doors are not sound proof so you can hear every little noise in the corridors. A great location for visiting the Old & New Town with easy walking to both. We didn't use the pool as we only had one full day at the hotel. Food on offer was fresh and very tasty, though I think for late arrivals maybe a sandwich should be made available for guests. The reception team did however help us order a pizza delivery. Staff were pleasant and helpful with all enquiries. Overall a good spot for taking in the local area.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The level of customer service was far below expectations. staff were unresponsive and unhelpful whenever I raised concerns. The condition of the room was unacceptable, with ants visible throughout, including in the bathroom and near the bed. Despite informing the front desk, no action was taken to resolve the issue or offer alternative accommodation. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I have encountered, and I cannot recommend this property to other travelers.

Otel beklentilerimin üzerindeydi. Yemekler gayet başarılı idi. Yalnızca eksik olarak söyleyebileceğim;tatlılar daha çeşitli olabilirdi. Çalışanları güleryüzlü ve saygılılardı. Bir tek barda servis yapan kısa boylu orta yaşlı beyefendi oraya uymuyordu. Genel olarak iyiyidi. Teşekkürler.

super Lage Nähe des Westeingangs zur Altstadt sowie Super! fast vor dem Hotel die Haltestelle für den Bus direkt nach LINDOS. Fährt alle 30-60 Min, braucht 1 Std und kostet nur 5,50 €. Da kann man sich den Mietwagen sparen. Von selber Haltestelle beim Hotel mit dem Bus (ca. 2 Euro, 5 Min. und häufig) ins Zentrum, Hafen (auch Excursionen nach z.B. Insel Symi und andere) sowie zum Top-Strand Elli Beach), Sand. Das Hotel CASTELLUM SUITES mit 3 mal täglich sehr ausführlichem großem Buffet. Auch Getränke bis hin Wein, Bier und Hochprozentik wie Gin Tonik inkl. und gratis. Sehr freundliches Personal. Großer Hotel SW Pool direkt vor dem Hotelgebäude mit Liegen. Rundum sehr empfehlenswert und absoluter Rhodos Tipp. Schon das 3. Mal, daß ich hier wohnte. Gerne wieder!

Die nähe zur Altstadt Im Hotel waren ca. 70% nur Jugendliche aus Skandinavien. Jeden Tag gab es ein Sinnloses Betrinken Abends ein Geschrei und Türenknallen Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption griffen nicht ein Die Jugendlichen waren außer Kontrolle und das jeden Abend Trotz Beschwerden der Gäste wurde nichts unternommen Nie wieder dieses Hotel Die Bilder im Internet stimmen nicht mit dem vor Ort überein. Am Pool keine Liegen sondern Sitzsofas mit Polster zum Liegen nach dem Baden

Trist hotell, ostädat under säng och bakom nattduksbord. Trångt rum. Skön säng. Lyhört Maten ok. Bor inte här igenkänning

I got sick 2 days before coming to the hotel and I had a doctor's report. I tried to contact the hotel to cancel the reservation or to get a refund, but they never responded to me or got back to me. Then I tried to reach hotels.com and they couldn't reach either. After 2-3 days they said they couldn't cancel it. I won't make another reservation. They made me sad. I couldn't come because of a reason beyond my control.

Hotelli hyvällä kävelymatkan päästä niin keskustasta, kuin vanhasta kaupungista. Taxilla lentokentältä noin 30 min ja maksoin vajaa 30 e, respassa oli töissä hyvin ystävällinen Rania, joka auttoi jos tuli ongelmia ja tervehti aina ystävällisesti ohi kävellessä. Hotellissa pääsääntöisesti muutenkin ystävällinen henkilökuntaa. Huone oli hyvä, sänky ja tyynyt todella pehmeitä, siivous olisi voinut olla hieman tarkempaa. Ruoka oli hyvää ja se oli monipuolista. Lounaalla/illallisella oli aina liha, kana, kala vaihtoehto sekä pastaa/kastiketta. Salaattipöytä myös monipuolinen. Eli kaiken kaikkiaan loistava hintalaatusuhde!

Extrêmement bruyant, la musique est en marche du matin jusqu'à 23h... Pas de vrai parking réservé pour la clientèle, peu de places. Le menage n'est pas nickel, douche sale, ne parlons pas de la piscine qui nest pas filtrée, eau trouble. Repas peu variés, fruits pas mûrs... Seul point positif, le personnel est charmant et serviable.

Rania, the receptionist, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She thoroughly explained everything and gave excellent local recommendations. And most importantly she helped with my lost handbag; I left my handbag behind during the checkout process. The bag has passports and other important stuff. I came back to look for it and she had it ready on the front desk…phew… She’s a life saver!!

Overall it was alright. Room was very tidy, not a bad view from the balcony. Staff were friendly. There was lots of different options for food so no complaints. However, some of the people staying here were love island wannabes. The pool area is below average. We did not go in it once but the beaches are just a 10 minute walk away.
