Wir hatten einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt im Riffelalp Resort. Der Blick auf das Matterhorn ist einfach grossartig, auch wenn man diesen imposanten Berg schon oft gesehen hat. Die etwas aufwändige Anreise mit der Gornergrat lohnt sich alleweil für einen Aufenthalt in diesem Resort. Der Service im Hotel ist durchgängi auf einem sehr hohen Niveau, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und ausgesprochen sauber. Die Ruhe in der Nacht ist fantastisch, ebenso der Blick zum Sternenhimmel in der Nacht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gepflegt und bietet eine breite Auswahl an frischen Speisen, welche sehr ansprechend präsentiert werden. Auch das Abendessen war von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Wir haben diesen Aufenthalt ausgesprochen genossen und werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Good and quiet hotel location. Good view of the Matterhorn. The service of the staff was very good too. However, the room was a bit hot as there was only window on one side. Moreover, the omelette and crepe at breakfast were not up to standard - the omelette was too dry, the texture of the crepe was bad (too thick, rough and dry). The scambled egg was better.

What a wonderful hotel. We have had the good fortune to stay at some amazing places, but this one was at or near the top. Spectacular views and scenery, a friendly and professional staff, excellent food and an amazing spa. Highly recommend.

ホテルからの景色は、これ以上文句なし！室内からのマッターホルンも素晴らしい眺めでした。ホテルのスタッフも皆さん各所で素晴らしい接客をして頂き、到着前の質問にも細かく返事をしてくれたり、当日はツエルマットの駅で大きな荷物を受け取ってくれて、すぐに観光に行けたので、無駄になる時間がなくて、充実した観光も出来ました。ホテルと駅までは常時トロッコ列車もゴルナーグラード鉄道の運行時刻に合わせ、運行してくれていたので高齢者の足の弱い親を連れての滞在でも問題なく往き来出来ました。レストランを含め3か所あるので、街に降りずとも食事に困ることは有りませんでした。部屋にエアコンが無いので、日中は扇風機でもあればよかったですが、夜は冷えるので昼の気温の高い日のみ注意が必要です。スパやボーリング場などあり、天気が悪かったらやってみたかった。 ゴルナーグラード鉄道のチケットは、リッフェルアルプ駅舎の中に、自動券売機が設置されていたので、時間に関わらず券売機でチケットの購入可能で非常に便利になりました

Amazing hotel in every aspect.

One of my favorite stays ever taken. We had a couple of untimely requests and they were met within minutes. And oh the views are mind boggling. Definitely coming back in the winter. Thanks to all the Riffelalp staff. See you again soon.

It is a very beautiful and unique place to stay in Zermatt. The view of Matterhorn from room window is magnificent!

Spa, Room and the dining options.

We stayed here for 3 nights for our Honeymoon, what a stunning location. The hotel is amazing and service impeccable, all of the staff were incredibly curious but very friendly. We will have to visit again.

This property is exceptional. The staff is the kindest and most helpful, always looking out for your needs. The food and service is phenomenal. Many extras in the property make a fun stay as well as ….THE MATTERHORN! What more can you say?

This resort is one of the prettiest, most luxurious places we’ve ever stayed in the world. The service was outstanding. Breakfast was the best breakfast in Europe with the kindest and most personable staff. We wished we could have stayed longer and would love to come back with our whole family one day.
