One of my favorite stays ever taken. We had a couple of untimely requests and they were met within minutes. And oh the views are mind boggling. Definitely coming back in the winter. Thanks to all the Riffelalp staff. See you again soon.

It is a very beautiful and unique place to stay in Zermatt. The view of Matterhorn from room window is magnificent!

Spa, Room and the dining options.

We stayed here for 3 nights for our Honeymoon, what a stunning location. The hotel is amazing and service impeccable, all of the staff were incredibly curious but very friendly. We will have to visit again.

This property is exceptional. The staff is the kindest and most helpful, always looking out for your needs. The food and service is phenomenal. Many extras in the property make a fun stay as well as ….THE MATTERHORN! What more can you say?

This resort is one of the prettiest, most luxurious places we’ve ever stayed in the world. The service was outstanding. Breakfast was the best breakfast in Europe with the kindest and most personable staff. We wished we could have stayed longer and would love to come back with our whole family one day.

The best ski in ski out hotel In Europe

The amenities are top notched. Staffs are very professional and super friendly.

La vista privilegiada. El hotel cómodo y muy atentos. Todo es de primera Lo único malo es que la única forma para llegar al hotel es un tren “interno” de esa zona y cada viaje redondo sale en 54 CHF (unos 67 dlls por persona) Así que si tu plan es disfrutar el pueblo quédate en Zermatt pero si lo que quieres son días de paz y tranquilidad estás en el lugar correcto
