The best ski in ski out hotel In Europe

The amenities are top notched. Staffs are very professional and super friendly.

La vista privilegiada. El hotel cómodo y muy atentos. Todo es de primera Lo único malo es que la única forma para llegar al hotel es un tren “interno” de esa zona y cada viaje redondo sale en 54 CHF (unos 67 dlls por persona) Así que si tu plan es disfrutar el pueblo quédate en Zermatt pero si lo que quieres son días de paz y tranquilidad estás en el lugar correcto

One of the most amazing resorts in Switzerland.

Hotel, restaurants and location are great - be wary though that it cost CHF150+ just to get to the front door once you have added up the parking in the previous town, taxis and trains - this is not communicated in advance by the hotel at the time of booking unfortunately.

The resort could not have been in a more beautiful setting staring at the Matterhorn. Conveniently located to walk or train to hiking locations. Staff was incredible

Hôtel magnifique à 2222 m d’altitude Piscine exceptionnelle avec vue sur le Mont Cervin . Restaurant Al Bosco : service très aimable et très bonne fondue . Bcp de tables avec vue sur le Cervin disponible Notre chambre : n*45 : chambre sous les combles donc des fenêtres hautes / pas de vue car elles sont vraiment hautes / pas de balcon . Je ne recommande pas cette chambre . Cependant literie ultra confortable / couette en duvet et chambre très calme. Petit déjeuner excellent Le service de navette est très bien organisé. L’hôtel nous a même transporté gratuitement nos bagages à l’hôtel à Zermatt où nous dormions la nuit suivante . L’hôtel possède un parking avec navette à Tasch :15 CHF / jour et service de taxi 30Chf / trajet jusqu’à Zermatt.

Status with Marriott (LTT), but my wife says this is the best hotel/resort that we have ever stayed at - and we have stayed at a quite a few JW's and St Regis Properties. I am not there yet but, its top 3.

El personal del lugar es excelente, amable y servicial siempre listos para ayudar. En la recámara tienes todos los servicios disponibles para que tu estancia sea placentera. La ducha es inigualable ! En recepción puedes organizar actividades si así lo deseas. En el hotel hay Ping pon, boliche y hasta un kindergarden! La vista desde la piscina exterior es sin duda hermosa! A el lugar se llega en un tren adicional que está cerca de la estácion principal de Zermatt. El hotel es bastante privado ya que se encuentra arraigado de la sociedad así que no esperes tiendas (solo hay un restaurante), el restaurante del hotel es delicioso y hay gran variedad de opciones a elegir. Encantados con nuestra visita!

Beautiful, tranquil resort high above the noise and busyness of Zermatt. Amazing views of the Matterhorn and mountain ranges. The staff is amazing!

By far the best ski-friendly hotel at which I’ve ever stayed! Good food, charming and helpful staff, and perched mid-mountain among ski slopes of Zermatt. Unbeatable!

This is me and my wife’s second time staying at this resort since 2019 and it is absolutely wonderful from staff members to the newly renovated guest room. We will definitely be back next time that we come to Switzerland.

Amazing! Perfect ski in and ski out location with great view of the Matterhorn! Restaurants were amazing and all the staff was very kind and attentive! Truly paradise!

It was a great stay and the property is fantastic. The only issue we had was with the ski instructor who arrived late to our lesson and they charged us more than what they were supposed to.

Fantastic luxury hotel to enjoy after a long hike through the alps - loved the view, the pool, the attention to detail and the friendly staff who made for a wonderful stay.

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The location gave stunning views (especially in the outdoor pool), the service was superb with every staff member going above and beyond, and the food was amazing. Never been so sad to leave somewhere.
