Restaurant accommodation was awesome experience and very simple and sorry to hear about the front doors

Great staff comfy bed , needs massive renovations for the cost. Hair in bathtub. Not to mention ever since I reserved I’ve had multiple scam calls from NT numbers .

Typical american hotel. You need a car to get around, because it is a little bit outside. Hotel was nice

Good place to stay, room was clean, shuttle was very convenient, walking distance to pretty much everywhere I wanted to go, the only downside was there was no self-serve laundry facility.

The room was comfy, the room-darkening curtains were great, the conference rooms were lovely, it was nice to see that Alex Janvier's mural was still there even though it took a little to find it in the fitness room. The food at the restaurant wasn't very good.

They decided randomly not to have room service but didn't advise anyone. Merely had voice message when rang for RS asking to leave message with room number and someone will call back. After 4 attempts over 1.5 hours I went to front desk to be informed that RS had been cancelled that evening (and most evenings during my stay). Only one lift working (result of deliberate damage caused over Christmas) no attempt to fix it) nor the front entrance where the car ran through and then hit the lift). Their room charge system wasn't working so every meal and charge had to be paid for separately at the time.

The beds, food, staff and shuttle were excellent! The gym had some negative reviews but it has everything needed and was bigger than most hotel gyms. The bathroom in my room needed some maintenance (rocking toilet, missing caulking), but was clean at least.

Nice stay. Close to downtown. Would stay there again

事故か事件か分かりませんが、エレベーターが壊れており、8階の部屋に毎日階段で上がるのは大変でした。 オーロラを観るための重装備の防寒着だったこともあり、業務用のエレベーターはあったようなので、そちらを使わせて頂くか、料金等で補完をして頂きたかったです。

エレベーター故障。4階の登り降り。無いです。

Dinners were far better than breakfast. Still not a lot of variety a hearty soup would have been nice given the extreme temperatures
