Clean room & walking distance to stores & the lake

Room needs improvement but AMAZINGGG

Great place to stay, second time we've stayed overnight. Comfy room, conveniently located, helpful staff. Fridge in room is more like a wine cooler with no freezer compartment, but there's an ice machine. We didn't check out the continental breakfast so I can't comment on that.

Lovely and very convenient place to stay in Osoyoos! Our one-bedroom suite with three queen beds was spacious and very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We especially enjoyed the clean pool and hot tub, and appreciated that fresh pool towels were always available. The continental breakfast exceeded our expectations. There were boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, bagels, pastries, a make-your-own pancake station, and delicious muffins from the nearby Tim Hortons. Plenty of free parking. The staff were outstanding, especially Phil, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. His kindness and willingness to help truly made a difference. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return the next time we’re in Osoyoos. Highly recommended!

We got a room on the lower floor as we are seniors and avoid stairs. We know that renovations are being done to upgrade the property from when Radisson bought it 2 years ago, and that is great, but our biggest concern is the air conditioner, which is very noisy. Also, the bathroom is very small but the main complaint is the fan, which is also noisy goes on when you turn on the light. The fan isn't needed for the quick night time potty stops but it wakes anyone who is sleeping.

Room was clean everything in order simple check-in and conveniently placed. We didn’t try/see the breakfast because it was a busy Sunday morning and I guess everyone got up at the same time.

Great clean place to stop for a night on our road trip. The included breakfast is light but got us to lunch.

Would be nice if you charge for ev charging that you don’t advertise it on hotel.ca that you have ev charging

It says there is a breakfast included. For 300$ a night i would expect a hot breakfast included not Tim Hortons muffins.

Very clean, friendly and good. They did have some loose sheet metal out in the back by the pool that worried me as far as children running over to barefoot and cutting themselves.

Clean room , fairly quiet air conditioner. Nice size room with sofa to watch TV on. Awesome pool and hot tub

Het gedeelte was splinternieuw. Zag er luxe uit en heel schoon . Je kon er koken etc . Ontbijt was prima , die mevrouw die alles verzorgde straalde . Hield alles bij en maakte de tafels schoon zodra de gasten weer weg waren

Beds were good. Washroom was really small
