Rating & Review Keseluruhan Four Points by Sheraton Fargo Medical Center

Our room was in semi-run down condition and our towels were dirty. The pool was cold and the floor was dirty, I did not feel comfortable walking barefoot. It was loud in the room and there were few walkable amenities. The staff was bare minimum friendly and not overly helpful except for the very nice person who checked us out at the end of the stay, he was lovely. We were staying here for an event but probably would not stay again.

Upon checking into my room I this hotel seemed to be an updated hotel but once I got off the elevator I realized I was wrong. The wallpaper seemed to be peeling at the seams and the carpet was dirty. The next morning in the shower not only was there long black hair in the shower- I am blond- but there was also a half used bar of soap. I was woke up several times during the night to doors slamming.

Really liked the hotel

The pool area was never cleaned or walked through while we were there. I had to ask for towels for the pool area every day and there was food on the floor by the hot tub from Friday to Sunday and an Overflowing garbage can that no one cleaned up until I asked. The rooms on the surface appeared nice but under the bed was full of dirt and left over pop cans and water bottles. The staff was wonderful and friendly and helpful. Things were just neglected

Motel shows a lot of age

Over priced for the quality. Pictures are a little deceiving. Breakfast is not worth the purchase. Though the cook/server was very kind.

Front desk clerk not present when approaching desk. She wasn’t able to answer most of the questions we asked and was not willing to find the answers. Floor in room hadn’t been vacuumed and there was quite a bit of mold in bathroom.

The rooms are too dark

Smelled like wet dogs, holes in ceilings.

Mall and restaurants within walking distance.

The condition of the property is poor. It’s falling apart and maintain every engineer lax.

There were multiple broken items in our room, the tile in the bathroom was chipping and there was burnt out lightbulb in the hallway that never got fixed.
