The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. There was mold around the window and in the shower.

Myself, my husband, and my son were traveling home from Panama City Beach to Chicago. We reserved this room as one of our stop overs. I clearly stated that we were traveling with a child in a wheelchair and needed a ground floor room near a handicap parking space. Upon arrival, I had to stand in a pre-lobby area and speak with the clerk through a window, rather than entering the actual lobby. First, it was freezing in this room. You would think they would want their customers to be comfortable. I had to argue for over 1/2 an hour with this gentleman over the room/parking we needed, and he kept telling me he couldn't give me the room we saw with a handicap spot right in front of the door. He was unable to give a clear reason, other than he couldn't move us from one he assigned us. So, if I walked in and there was a rat on my bed, he couldn't change our room? We ended up in a room on the ground floor, but quite a distance from where we had to park. The room was fine, typical Red Roof Inn. Overall clean, but the tub was quite nasty. In morning upon checking out, someone with a clue was able to tell me that the entire side where the room we requested had no water. If the gentleman the night before had just said that, could have avoided a great deal of aggravation. This entire encounter soured our experience with this particular hotel.

It was definitely not the cleanest, bathroom walls were so filthy you could see hand and feet prints. Othereise you get what you pay for. I wish they had vending machines that took card too

Well the rooms was very awful. The water in the shower never stayed warm. Then we booked an extra night through the app again and then went and told them. They said it was fine, everything was good. But we left to eat, and our card had been turned off. So then we get that situated and he then tells me bc I booked a cheaper room. So I showed him the app. And it was honestly his mistake. He gave me the crappy room when I paid for the upgraded room

It was a very clean room. The bed was comfortable and the linen was clean. Nice customer service. The television kept switching over to a screen to order Amazon tv. There wasn’t any soap or shampoo in the dispensers. We would stay again but I know what what to watch for the next time.

Great service

Well, we wanted a lower priced room that was pet friendly. The property was not very well maintained and the area around is loud with traffic. We arrived at 445 pm and had to use the night window. That seemed odd to me and made me feel uneasy. The window is something like out of a rent by hour motel. Nonetheless, we stayed there, again it was somewhat inexpensive. I would not go back, but do recommend the Thai place across the street.

Just didn’t feel as it should. If cleanliness was a priority, it wasn’t at this location.

The owner of the property repeatedly asked me if I needed a ride to get something to eat. That in itself should let you know the caliber of service here. The room was clean and spacious. I will be back here.

This place was like an old motel. Dark dingy. Nothing like the pictures. Bedding was old almost thread bare. Room smelt. It felt very dirty. Person at the checking was nice though.

Decent place for relatively cheap price. Could have been a bit cleaner and had some tissues, but otherwise ok. Good for a short and low budget trip. Only issue during check in was my own for putting in the wrong info on my credit card. Unrelated to the hotel itself, but the roads were being redone right outside the hotel and a bunch of dust settled on my truck, and it needed to be cleaned after that. The repaving will probably be done within a couple of weeks of my stay(10-Oct-2024).

It worked for a quick stay for the night. Perfect location to everything I needed. Elevator kept closing on people so eventually I just took the stairs. Random people came knocking at 1 am. Staff was friendly.

Couldn’t even get coffee. Front desk said breakfast stopped at 9 am. Yuck
