Sehr freundliches Personal, bei Ankunft am Abend war jedoch niemand mehr da und ich musste per Telefon einen Schlüsselkasten öffnen und selbst das Apartment suchen. Das Apartment war in sehr gutem Zustand und angenehm geräumig mit großem Balkon. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, die italienische Kaffeemaschine gab es auf Nachfrage. Bequeme Betten und gut funktionierende Dusche. Safe kostet extra. Parkmöglichkeiten nah am Apartment vorhanden. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in etwa 15 Minuten erreichbar, Pollenca in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Nous avons séjourné à 5 en famille dans un logement 2 chambres. Il y a le nécessaire pour cuisiner un minimum. Le ménage est fait presque tous les jours. C'est un endroit calme et familiale. Les piscines sont propres. Idéal pour visiter le nord de l'île.

Very good. Not too busy when we went at end of August. Staff were fantastic. Nice pool, which shuts at 8pm but ok to stay in if not too noisy. Beach walkable to but would recommend a car. Get up early one morning and drive to Formentor for the beautiful sunrise.

la résidence est super, l'appartement était propre et les la literie confortable. le personnel de la résidence est très bien et à l'écoute, la piscine est nickel. Si vous êtes 4 personnes faites attention car même si vous prenez 2 chambres il s'agit d'une chambre 2 personnes et d'une chambre 1 personne la 4ème personne devra dormir sur la banquette du salon

Habitat are 3 star apartments. They are basic but clean and bright. Comfortable beds, large balcony, basic kitchen. The pools are clean and the grounds really pleasant and well kept. There is no shade other than under trees. I imagine in the height of summer the pools would get very busy and crowded. The staff at the apartments are very welcoming, really helpful and always appear happy. The apartments are well placed for local bus service. We have just returned from a pleasant , restful and not too expensive 10 days. We would go again.

For the price we paid, it was very good. Reception very good 😊

Gut und günstig ...

Lækker lejlighed med gårdhave. Lejligheden havde alt vi skulle bruge. Eneste minus er at det er meget lydt fra de andre lejligheder.

We have stayed many times before at Habitat and as always , the stay was great. Staff are friendly and everything is as it should be. We were staying in November so very quiet and a lovely outlook from our terrace.

Saubere Fewo, grosser möblierter Balkon mit Sonne ab morgens (wir haben morgens Mitte November auf dem Balkon in der Sonne gefrühstückt- herrlich), Jeden 2. Tag wird geputzt und die Betten gemacht. Zum Geschirrspülen gibt es ein Starterkit mit Schwamm,Tuch und Spülmittel. Auch Salz, Pfeffer und ein paar kleine Döschen Vinegrette für Salat ist vorhanden. Leider hat die Klimaanlage beim Heizen etwas gemüffelt. Sonst war alles gut. Wir kommen wieder.

Très bon séjour pour 6 nuits, la résidence est très calme, idéalement située, les appartement sont fonctionnels avec vue sur la piscine c'est très agréable. Petit + pour la supérette juste en face. Nous recommandons sans hésitation

Stayed for 3 nights the apartment was spotless. We didn’t have any cleaning during our stay . Everything in the apartment looked brand new and was very clean. Bed very comfortable. Some of the outdoor areas around the apartments need cosmetic attention such as painting and chipped stairways but we would stay again as we love puerto pollensa
