staff is nice

Nice staff

We always love our stay at the greenwood inn. This time however the doors have been updated and there is no latch at the top or the door anymore. This was one of the features necessary for us to keep our two-year-old daughter safe on our previous stays. The way it is now she’s able to unlock the door just by turning the handle so I actually didn’t sleep at all worrying she may escape. To most people this would not be an issue, but to us with young children it’s a huge deal.

Fairly clean room, nice view outside, nice staff.

All was good just our room you could smell cigarett smoke

Friendly staff. Fitness centre a bit run down looking and no disinfectant wipes or spray to clean equipment after use.

Rooms are a little tired and needing a refresh. Could use more receptacles on the bedside for charging your phones. Food is decent at the restaurant

The hotel itself is old and dirty, the pool room is very dirty and is not represented in the pictures. I will not be staying here again.

The room was clean but needs better parking for halfton trucks because you got to fight with the bar costumer’s for parking and the meal we had for supper was cold when we got it and the food we had for breakfast was really good

I got stranded in corner brook because of the weather and had to get a room. They were very accommodating and let me check in early which was nice because otherwise I had to sit in my truck until three or four. The people behind the desk were very polite and the cop cop I dated with, definitely stay here again

Location

Bathtub wasn’t clean, no toilet paper in the washroom, and the pool area was unsafe for our children to enjoy due to older kids throwing hard rubber objects around the pool area and screaming very loudly. The door to outside kept being open and snowballs being brought inside by the same children. Definitely needs a supervisor at the pool.

we were never offered breakfast. there was no microwave the room it was promised to use same in common area then later lied to us the room is locked. we had to ask to warm food anytime we have we it. it was not convenience . terrible experience and will refer anyone to stay there more than 3days.

There is no breakfast as stated you need to pay for it
