The beds were comfortable but the rooms are extremely old, carpets were stained and paint was chipped on the walls. For a quick stay the price was right.

We didn’t even go in this hotel upon arrival we saw broken windows, trash and looked like homeless living there. Tried to chat with Expedia but kept getting dropped. How did u rate this hotel and when cause it’s a dump, we went elsewhere

It is a great place and very welcoming staff

Room is very clean

While the room clean this ageing establishment could use a facelift. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They could use new towels and bed linen. Breakfast was the usual that you get most everywhere but good. The exterior could use some sprucing up, weeding and maybe some friendly flowers to attract visitors. I would stay there again as it offered a good walking road for me and my dogs. With some simple elbow grease this hotel could bring in more people.

Okay property for the price, rooms are updated

The price is fair, the rooms are clean, and though the included breakfast is monotonous, since it has never changed since I first started staying there, it is still a thing. I wish their heating/AC wasn't so loud that it wakes you up when you're asleep.

Elevator has been fixed, cigarette stench not in evidence, and an overall great experience. Its inconvenience stems from being across a very busy highway, and zero amenities around it. Also, parking can be a problem, which is bad considering the fact that if full, there's nowhere else to park, and you can't park elsewhere then walk.

Decent hotel. Rooms are clean, staff is very helpful. Breakfast was mediocre, but nice to save a few dollars on eating out. The towels in the room are ver small and not absorbent, but overall for the price, it’s not a bad stay.

Evening staff was very friendly and pleasant. Room was clean, breakfast was okay. Biggest con for this place- and the reason why we would never stay here again is the $300 damage deposit that wont be returned until *3-5 business days*. My partner stayed here a week ago and was not asked for ANY damage deposit- let alone $300. Reading past reviews now, I see someone was asked to put down a $500 deposit. It feels very predatory. We travel all over the country for work, and this is the first time we were asked to put down that big of a damage deposit for this quality of hotel. Very unfortunate as we pass by this area alot for work and was planning on making this our frequent stay in the area but thats not going to happen anymore. But again, staff was lovely- specifically the man working evening shift, have no complaints on him.

Cheap rooms , pay for what you get esentially. Pretty crappy breakfast .

Our stay was least to be desired. The staff asked too many personal questions which made us feel uncomfortable. One bed has hair on the sheets when pulled back, and the other bed had stains and blood stains. We ended up sharing one bed, sleeping on top of the sheet with my own blanket covering us. When I went to shower a bug was in the tub. Parking was fine, but an overall unpleasant experience.

Not a fan of pets in hotels

This is not a 5 star hotel, it's not fair to compare it to a Hilton or a Marriott. But for the price and the room it gets full marks. I just needed somewhere to sleep for 8 hours, as I had already been driving for 14 hours. It was QUIET, room was clean, water was hot, bed was super comfortable (even though it looked like it might not be). The price was GREAT, the breakfast was HOT and very good. NO COMPLAINTS, I would totally stay here again and have told all my other courier drivers about it.

Check in was easy and quick. Room was well set up for accessibility with grab bars and wheelchair access. Quiet enjoyment. Nice complimentary breakfast. Easy check out.
