El agua de lavabo, regadera y sanitario olia a agua de drenaje, no te podías lavar los dientes o bañarte por este problema, pague 2 noches y sólo me quede una noche por esta razón, prácticamente tuve que salir por qué el agua potable huele a agua descompuesta. Llame para pedir un reembolso por eso, por la noche que no me quede y se negaron diciendo que me podían dar más botellas de agua, coml que sin con esas botellas tw puedes bañar. No recomiendo este lugar

El lugar es muy bonito, la decoración hermosa, el personal muy atento. Solo hay que poner un poco más de atención en la limpieza.

Me gusta la cercanía que tiene de ciertos museos como el museo de Ripley o el museo del convento, está cerca de bares y su restaurante chai riquísimo.

Buenísimo para relajarte

The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Guadalajara, and it’s a great deal for the price. I had a wonderful time until I returned from a night out. It was dark, and all the doors were locked. I had to call the hotel, and the night guard/receptionist was not very helpful. I left my keys at the desk when I went out, and he asked me a bunch of questions, but not the right ones. I gave him my room number, my ID, and my reservation on my phone, but he still gave me a hard time. I just wanted to go to my room. He kept telling me I was in the wrong room and had me standing there at 3 a.m. Finally, he gave me a key, but it was the wrong one. I had to go back downstairs to get the right key. The hotel is great, but the night guard made the whole experience a bit unpleasant. I will stay here again because it’s a beautiful hotel, but hope that part of my experience doesn’t happen again.

En recepción no había personal que te pudiera atender o resolver dudas. El hotel es muy ruidoso, por el restaurante que está abajo y por las calles aledañas. La regadera no funciona bien. En la noche el parque que está pegado se siente peligroso.

Very loud. I was placed in room Carrington that was so loud, I could not sleep from the road work.

Hay mucho ruido debido al restaurante que se encuentra en la parte de abajo de hotel ( desde muy temprano)

Los lavabos no funcionan, la caja de seguridad nunca la destrabaron y en la habitación habia cabellos muy sucia. Y nadie se hizo responsable
