Rating & Review Keseluruhan Mandapa, A Ritz-Carlton Reserve

We were delighted that the hospitality was extraordinary. The warm greetings we received when we checked in was maintained until the end of our stay. Throughout everything, our Patih, Mba Parmini and all of the staff are very helpful and attentive to our needs. Undoubtedly the service is top notch. We also had a great dinner at Kubu Restaurant. The scenery was amazing and all of our meals tasted so good. We also highly appreciate that The Chef was willing to greet us at our table. We are very thankful that we got up graded to a villa, overlooking the rice terrace which was very beautiful. Every corner of Mandapa Reserve is something that you don't want to missed on.

Hotel besar, kamar bersih, pemandangan indah, dan banyak kegiatan gratis yang diselenggarakan oleh hotel. Namun dengan harga yang dibayar, saya pasti berharap lebih.

Pengalaman luar biasa! Staf baik dan layanan luar biasa! Lokasi utama dekat dengan pusat ubud, pemandangan menakjubkan saat kami memasuki tempat membuat kami merasa seperti kami jauh dari pusat ketika kami sebenarnya hanya 5 menit jauhnya. Pasti akan kembali lagi. Tempat yang tepat untuk pasangan, terutama untuk berbulan madu. Sejauh pengalaman menginap terbaik di bali sejauh ini!
