Good condition

Room was heated to a toasty 28 deg with no means of cooling it. When I called the front desk to get help, they can’t speak English, and took 2 hours to give me a fan that cannot work. Can’t get out of there fast enough

Great hotel, but my room was around 26 to 28 degrees and the hotel staff were not helpful to cool down my room. They gave me a fan which just blew hot air around. Thankfully I only stayed 2 nights, any longer and I would have had to leave regardless. The hotel itself is very very nice. Shame the service is lacking.

Great services. The staff was so nice to arrange transportation in and out of hotel.

The stay was perfectly good and everything was fine and good. One most important thing is that the staff needs to learn and speak English as English is an international language. Sheraton is an international brand and that is why English should be spoken and used everywhere in the hotel

没问题，我觉得很好，房间很干净，外国人很多，有一点贵，附近没有便利店，我要便利店，只一个不满

오픈한지 얼마안된것 같아 깨끗하고 좋았습니다 아직 주변에는 건설션장도 보이지만 강이옆에 있어너 야경이 좋습니다

I loved the stay at Jiading Sheraton, If you are willing to stay at this hotel, I would recommend to borrow bicycle from concierge, you can get to shopping area within 10mins, and it is worthy

Sehr gute Lage, in wegen Minuten ist man an der Metrostation. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zuereichen

Arriving in Shanghai, Jiading after a long day of meetings exhausted and ready to sleep, this hotel was welcoming and beautiful. The front desk check in was quick and easy. The views from my room of Jiading and the walking area near this hotel is beautiful. A Confucian temple near by that I wish we'd had time to explore. Would definitely return to this hotel.

check in is quick and fine. staff ia kind. However, they didnt activate free wifi for me which should be included in the room i booked until i made a call to front desk. after i got in to the room, one person knocked the door and deliver fruits that didnt seem to be fresh as attached pic. Later, another person knocked the door and asked if i need ice which i didnt ask for. Next day, before checkout time, one person knocked the door and said she needed to check refrige. What is it about???? dont understand why they bothered a customer oftenly.

Good service especially from the concierge and the stay was very pleasant and comfortable

The hotel is new and very nice. The only downside is that it is really all by its self. There isn't much around the hotel. Even the closest convenience store is more than 15 minutes walk away. Doing anything requires a taxi ride. The dinner buffet could use more options as well.
