Helpful staff, comfy bed, small rooms. Good breakfast. Large parking behind the hotel.

The property is located about 15mins walk from the centre of Ciechocinek, which makes it a quiet location in the evening/night but does mean that you are not so close to the shops and restaurants. The hotel restaurant had a limited menu so eating out was our preferred option. However, a good buffet breakfast is provided.

Zwei Nächte laute Music bis morgen früh, Gäste die in diese Disco teilgenommen haben laufen durch den Korridor um Alkohol in gemiteten Raum zu konsumieren. Service und alles andere super Top. Schade, dass den Bild durch die Party Gäste zerstört ist. Mit besten Grüssen.

It was a nice stay overall, but there was no AC, with this heat we needed the window open but people were busy at the carwash next doot till late, and people on the Tesco carpark were loud. Steam room wasn't working, and the spa area was very busy. They surely could've made that area bigger. Staff was nice but speak very little English!

Dålig Wi-Fi, vilket är avgörande när man åker i tjänsten. Annars inte mycket att anmärka, man får valuta för pengarna. Det hade varit önskvärt med texter på engelska i Spa utrymmen.
