Instructions to access key to room was good and simple. Disappointed that there was no reception staff on site during our 4 night stay. Carpet required vacuuming and grout in shower recess needed cleaning. Was hoping that the room was serviced - clearly not.

This was conveniently located and very clean. The property suited our needs perfectly.

This hotel was very comfortable and extremely clean. I had everything i needed. My only issue was the bathroom exhaust fan stayed on all night. However i was able to close the door and it didnt bother me. It would be nice to see some outdoor areas for enjoying the fresh air

Nice, clean and very convenient to our families in Albany. The rooms was sufficient for the two of us and we made use of the fridge, microwave and kitchen utensils to have breakfast and some dinners. Free Wi-Fi was great and good TV made it enjoyable. Pleasant view from the room over the lawn gave a peaceful outlook. We'd sure stay there again.

It was only a short overnight stay but the unit was very clean and comfortable. It was also situated coveniently to Albany without being right in the centre.

The location is excellent though the driveway entrance is easy to miss as it is in a 70kph zone. It is also easy to get too without having to drive through central Albany. The facilities are good so we could cook our meals without problems. The room was a bit too cool, the weather at night was cold, and we needed the aircon on to heat the room quite often. Despite being near the road, we had a back room and it was quiet and we were not disturbed.

Everything was perfect for our 5 night stay. We have no complaints.

Stayed here whilst on s business trip. Stayed for 3 nights and was very happy with everything. Would stay here again.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this property. The location was great as it was so close to town and all the other site seeing places. The property managers were so friendly and caring. The premises itself were spacious, clean and so very comfortable.

A very pleasant discovery. Excellent for short stay accommodation. Very clean and well equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Lovely linen including hand towels and facewashers as well as bath towels. Small complex, with a personal touch, in a well located area providing a great base for sightseeing/attractions all around Albany. We highly recommend this establishment.
