Muy amplio el cuarto y cómodo. Quizás lo único a mejorar es que le cuesta salir el agua caliente. Pero disfrutamos mucho el jacuzzi

Muy reducido el espacio de estacionamiento , los colchones son muy incómodos , el internet nunca funcionó, la regadera se inunda , la limpieza de las áreas comunes deja mucho que desear, la recepcionista Rosa muy atenta quizás lo único rescatable .

rooms upstairs are new very nice and comfortable. Week end buffet breakfast is very good. Excellent service we will be back.

Absolutely fantastic!

A great place and location. Some anecdotal hiccups hurt my experience here, but I’d give it a second chance. The staff was kind enough to allow us early check-in at 1PM. We arrived at 1PM but didn’t get into our room until 1:45PM. Afterward, we don’t have water until nearly 3PM (they said they were changing water pipes). If we knew this, we would’ve just checked in at the normal 3PM time. Kinda bummed we lost two hours just waiting for a shower, but not necessarily their fault— just bad timing. I booked this room for the jacuzzi. It worked, but it wasn’t great. The water fluctuated between lukewarm and sort of hot. Only three jets worked. Nice location. If you stay, you must visit the torta place on the corner and order the Huracán Rameriz.

El hotel muy bonito, pero ojalá le pusieran la misma atención a la calidad de colchones....pésimo la verdad. Buscábamos descansar pero pasamos muy mala noche, demasiado viejo y nada cómodo...

Internet is good. Breakfast buffet should be offered a discount if we stay at the hotel. Good service nice staff. We had the suite 15 with jacuzzi. new section...but noisy next to the road. Bed is tough hotel should choose memory foam mattress for best comfort.we will return

La cama es deliciosa para dormir, excelentes instalaciones

L’endroit est tout simplement magnifique, vraiment de style colonial, mais bien entretenu au fil des ans. La chambre est très petite, mais la salle de bain et la terrasse compensent pour ce manque d’espace. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le seul pépin que nous avons eu, c’est le manque d’eau chaude dans la douche. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et le rapport qualité/prix est plus qu’intéressant!
