Comfortable room, good breakfast, easy parking.

Comfy, clean room. Breakfast had a really good choice.

We loved the Waves spa. Most hotel spas seem to be made as an afterthought, but the spa here was spacious, great treatments on offer and the relaxation room is a nice touch to allow you to really stay in that relaxation mood a little while longer opposed to just being kicked out into the bright lights and noise.

I think more attention should have been shown towards the potentially dangerous faulty mirror hanging

I was not made aware of extensive works happening and put in a room next to the building site. Staff were very friendly and helpful moving me to a quieter room to work. Reception took a full paymet on arrival despite teh fact I had already paid online so I am awaiting the release of teh pre-authorisation; almost £400! First evening there was no chicken available on teh menu and when I asked I was told it wasnt popular so they were removing it from menu when they got new printed. Ordered an alternative of meatballs which quite frankly were just balls of mush liek babyfood. It was so bad I had a sandwich the following day but even that was not as the menu said, with egg mayo instead of standard mayonaise as stated; that being said it was a good sandwich. In the evening I ordered just sticky toffe pudding but Tiramisu arrived, when pudding came as ordered it didnt have the ice cream. All in all the food was dreadful of an evening which let down the whole stay when you are there working and not being a driver to remote to walk out for dinner. I wouldnt stay again.

We were upgraded to a suite as there weren’t any family rooms left. This was a bigger room and a living room where they set up camp beds for our children. Unfortunately the camp beds were very uncomfortable for our teenagers

breakfast was the worst I've had for a long time. black pudding under cooked, bacon overcooked, sausages poor quality, soggy hash browns. not great!

Not the best location but the hotel is good

Staff pleasant. Comfy bed. Breakfast fine. Ample (free) on-site parking. Handy for M40 (5 mins). Standard 4* really, no complaints.

Friendly welcoming staff, all of them made the stay lovely. Great selection at breakfast. Bit disappointed that it says spa but no where to lounge by the pool to read a magazine but spaces to sit inside and outside of pool. Bed really comfy.

Hotel was true to description, we felt bit exposed as rooms overlooked one another abd no net curtains for privacy, so had to draw curtains which made room feel dark. There were stains on our carpet indicating old age, but room was clean. Food was average in our opinion, maybe little overpriced. Most staff were fantastic, very friendly but i found vas in pool reception a little condescending but Evie was really lovely. Had good massage too, although again, overpriced in my opinion.

Lovely birthday weekend, confortable rooms ,comfortably bed and good kings size, service good and staff very friendly, spa facility were good all round jacuzzi was not on at full capacity since last time we was there but still nice ,pool warm and sauna and steam rooms was good,relaxing and enjoyable.food was good and service was excellent. Breakfast was ample and everything you would need and nice touch with the gluten free area in breakfast room own toaster, makes a difference to have thease touches.

Had no hot water

We use this Hotel regularly. The staff are friendly, clean, large room , swimming pool. The food in the restaurant is always good. We will continue to hi there.

Nice hotel, good parking, near M40

Great hotel, lots to do and helpful staff, BUT it seems it's quite normal for people to be allowed to smoke weed in their rooms which wasn't pleasant especially if you have children with you. Staff just seemed to be okay with it, bit strange but we had a wonderful weekend there, the food and drinks are lovely and the spa is gorgeous!
