An average hotel with a very small room for breakfast

WONDERFUL staff! It was surprise to have booked a room with a stovetop, (kitchenette) and find that there were NO pans of any kind to use for cooking. I paid the extra amount to be able to cook if I wanted.

这是个被严重低估的酒店！ 1. 环境：酒店清洁很到位，装修风格复古，很经典 2. 服务: 服务非常细腻，细致，友好 3. 食物：要给食物点个大大的赞！尤其是早餐，虽然说样式不算特别丰富，但西红柿会去皮，西瓜会去籽。。。这是在其他酒店都没有过的体验！ 4. 并且，酒店宠物友好！！！

The property needs more heat water pressure

The pros: Good location, good breakfast, has parking in a busy area. The cons: carpet in room looked old and dirty. Storm windows are not common in Peru, so you can hear the busy street below which could be a problem for a light sleeper (luckily I am not one). The administration and reception are the main problem from my experience. We needed a crib, and I emailed the hotel at least 2 months before my visit and they said it will be there for us when we arrive. Then a week prior to our stay, they asked me for a new CC - it was just for me to provide the updated exp. date- as I provided the information, I reminded the administration about the need of a crib. When we arrived at 1am, and asked about the crib the front desk guy told me that there was none ready. I ask to get one per my request. The guy said that there was none. To what I asked to call the admin or whoever can fix the issue. I had to put a lot of pressure to get a crib installed finally at 2:15 am in the morning - if I hadn't they were expecting to have a very active 15 mo sleep in a futon. I only received a simple apology, but overall I feel that the staff was not very helpful and had complete lack of understanding of what costumer service is.

Ein nationales Hotel mit sehr gutem Standard. liegt in San Isidro eine ideale Region für Aktivitäten in der Stadt. Wenige Gehminuten von guten peruanischen Restaurants wie Astrid und Gaston und seine zusätzlichen Restaurants wie zum Beispiel Taca. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet mit variiertem Angebot - wird nicht langweilig. Frische Früchte, Müslivarianten und typische Körner aus Peru wie Chia, Quinoa, etc. Das Hotel liegt in einem relativ sicheren Stadtteil von Lima, sodass man ohne Probleme zu Fuss laufen kann. Hotel bietet eigenen Taxiservice zu akzeptablen Preisen an. Aufgrund Verkehrsaufkommen in Lima muss man trotzdem für kurze Strecken längere Zeiten einbeziehen. Shuttleservice zum Flughafen kann bestellt werden. Rundherum kann man sich in diesem netten Stadthotel wohlfühlen. Das Restaurant bietet leckere Speisen an und Roomservice wird rund um die Uhr angeboten. Es gibt ebenfalls Fitness-Möglichkeiten, die ich leider nicht ausnutzen konnte aufgrund meines straffen Programms meiner Geschäftstermine. Die Zimmer haben Minibar mit dem was man benötigt und einen Tresor, wo am Empfang der Schlüssel abgeholt werden muss. In Laufnähe liegt die Strasse Camino Real mit kleinem Shopping-Center und weiteren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Gastronomieangebot um das Hotel herum ist exzellent mit vielen Möglichkeiten - was das Herz begehrt. Das Hotelpersonal ist zuverlässig und äusserst zuvorkommend. Hotel zu empfehlen.
