熱海の街並みが見下ろせました。 お部屋はベッド、家具などアジアンリゾートっぽい感じで非日常感があって良かったです。 部屋、トイレ、洗面はとても清潔でした。 ゆったり寛いで過ごす方ができました。

Quiet and pleasant little resort hotel

浴場が”源泉掛け流し”でなかった事が 非常に残念でした。熱海温泉でリラックしようと思っていたから… それから 部屋の扉及びクローゼットが 陳腐でした…これも残念でした😢

Wow! High class, great service, great food, amazing staff! From the time we set foot on property, we were treated like royalty! The room was large and well appointed. The canopy bed was something! Do note that the location is up on the hill/mountain so you will most likely need transportation (e.g., taxi) to get there. You can easily find a taxi at Atami Station. I guess you can walk but it's pretty steep. Walking down is not a problem unless you have luggage in tow. We walked down the next day with no issues.

Friendly staff and clean/comfortable rooms. On site food is very expensive and the hotel sits at the top of a very steep & long hil that may be difficult for many to walk.

全てが素晴らしかったです！ 前日に確認のメールから始まり、雨の中、到着するとすぐに傘を持ってのお迎えをしていただき、滞在中さりげないお心遣いなどで日常を忘れ本当にリラックスできました。 お部屋も清潔でリゾート感、大きなお風呂もあり、のんびりとできました。 食事も私達だけ遅い時間でお願いしていたようですが快く対応していただき、ゆっくりできました。 どのメニューも季節を意識したとても美味しいものでした。 今回、記念日で宿泊させていただいたのですが、心に残る素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。 本当にありがとうございました。 坂については、口コミなどで読ませていただいてはいましたが、まずホテルに続く坂道の入口から驚き、辿り着くまで今までで初めての傾斜を感じ、恐れていた前から車が来てしまうドキドキ感。 ホテルへ到着した時には１つのことをやり遂げた達成感がありました。

お部屋も広く綺麗に清掃されていて、スタッフの対応もとても満足しています。ロケーションが小高い所何で荷物を持って徒歩は無理、一言タクシーを勧めてもらったら良かったかな？

Wonderfully warm welcome by the staff, who took excellent care of us throughout the visit. Convenient central location despite slightly inconvenient access up a steep hillside — but the beautiful view made it worthwhile. Everything about the hotel was calming and serene. We will be very happy to return again.

設備、接客が全て高水準でとても満足した宿泊になりました。また、熱海に訪れた際は利用したいと思います。

Great property! I go in excellent shape only walking to and from it daily. Steep walk (okay for me I’m 34) but if you were older or have any trouble walking, a taxi is for sure needed.

サービスから部屋の綺麗さまで満足

ものすごい激坂ですが、そこを登り終えて着いた先は絶景でした。 花火の開催日は非常に金額も上がりますが、客室からバッチリ見えますので最高でした！ 客室露天風呂も常にちょうど良い温度のお湯が注がれ、満喫できました また熱海に行く機会があったら利用したいなと思ってます

We hughly enjoyed our stay. The room and bathhroom were spacious and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, including preparing our room early. It is about a 20 min walk (uphill) from the town, so you may want to rent a car or be prepared to take taxis to and from.

初めて利用しました。チェックインもスムーズで、部屋でもゆっくりできました。何よりお食事が美味しく、サービスも素晴らしかったと思います。また利用しようと思います。
