Perfect location, nice room and lovely staff.

C'est un bel appartement, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour le confort (seul bémol, le lit un petit peu petit). Il est idéalement situé pour pouvoir visiter à pieds Edimbourg. Proche également des pubs et restaurants. Très bon accueil à notre arrivée et pendant notre séjour, Fabio est vraiment serviable et agréable.

Great for a solo traveler. Very convenient location but with that came very inconvenient noise during all hours of the night. Could hear people walk past the window as if it was open, and as it's right next to several bars... shouting and screaming of those leaving the pubs. If you don't mind that, excellent location. If you do, bring earplugs.

Alles top, an alles gedacht. Einziger Makel: Leider waren neben dem Eingang die Mülltonnen des Nachbargrundstücks mit ziemlich ekligen Müll, der nicht entsorgt wurde.

A fantastic apartment

Enjoyed this New Town location more than Old Town. Proximity to a lovely park area, castle, museum, Waverly Train Station. Everything excellent except dryer instructions not for the model in unit caused a lot of trouble. Instructions need to be corrected, simple, and posted.

Wow, un des meilleurs appartements de notre voyage. Près de tout et facile d’accès. Personnel très aimable courtois et serviable. Le logement était tout simplement impeccable. Merci.

The location was perfect to explore Edinburgh. The apartment had everything we needed. A small table with chairs would be really appreciated.

I don’t like the check-in and checkout time which is abit inconvenient

Dejligt ophold! Virkelig god beliggenhed, med nem gåafstand til det meget turistede Old Town. Ligger også meget tæt på lækre spisesteder og cocktailbarer, som vi nød godt af. Super venligt personale og rart med ekstra plads, da der er sofa og køkken afdeling udover soveværelset. Der kunne godt virke en anelse lydt, men det var ikke er stort problem for os.

Property was magnificent clean, very well kept and many aimed. The restaurants along the street are fenomenal so no need to go to the busy part of the town at dinner time. The delicious milk in the fridge tops it all off. Really convenient to have a washing machine that is also a drying machine. Thank you for the tremendous stay!

Great flat, clean and safe area. Lovely staff. Very central so in walkable distance from everything.

The apartments are very modern and have everything you need. They're also in a great location and good value for money. I only mark a star off because their app kept failing and would have meant I couldn't access the building (no reception after 7pm) had I not taken a screenshot of it. I would also avoid a basement flat as the noise from the bedroom above was loud enough to wake me up every night.

We loved this apartment! Perfect for our family of 4. Excellent location, very clean, nice amenities, great bathrooms & kitchen, lovely staff! Would definitely return!!

This apartment was perfect for location to everything. Very clean. Washer for clothes. Plus kitchen stocked with coffee and tea.
