Love the indigo. Now when I travel I just look for indigo hotels in different locations to stay. Definitely recommend!

Jonathan was amazing. Gave us list of recommendations for local spots to try. Walking distance to all of downtown. Amazing restaurants less than 5 mins away.

My wife and I stayed here during our trip to Austin for our 5th wedding anniversary. We loved the hotel. The room was nice and quiet. We loved the second floor pool and the outdoor bar. Perfect location to easily get anywhere in Austin.

The pool and pool bar were wonderful and there was nothing to complain about with the room itself. The service was the worst I've ever received. We stayed for 5 nights and only received housekeeping services once and that was on our last night, and service was only completed after 3 consecutive days of specifically requesting housekeeping. Fine for a day or two stay but don't expect to even be acknowledged by any staff except for the front desk clerks begging for your tips with their basic and poor food and bar recommendations.

Staff were all friendly. The Hotel was clean, and nice pool area. I ate at the Urban Pour for breakfast and everything was delicious. Loved the convenience to 6th Street and other walkable areas. Would stay here again.

Pay for a city view and got a regular view.Also, also, the wallpaper was coming off.The walls and eventually fell on me bed

Amazing stay from valet check in to check out. Room was nice and spacious. Hotel staff were polite and provided excellent hospitality and service. Only con: music is loud at night and toilet was having issues running after flushing. Pros: location, decor, nice rooms, price point, valet price could be a tad less.

Wonderful and beautiful hotel. Love the room. However please note that the hotel is valet only ($45 per night), there is no self parking. Nice pool but could be cleaner, but some pool furniture was torn. Love the pool bar.

Floor was sticky, there’s no bottled water provided.Had to go to another hotel for swimming and laundry, very inconvenient. Wanted order latte from their menu but it only had drip coffee, valet was super slow too. Anyway it wasn’t a pleasant experience

Front desk attendant was very kind and helpful, gave us a lot of good recommendations for places to check out around the city. Room was clean and had great amenities. Will definitely book here again.
