在聖十字，很方便。房子check in的地方有段路，還好有人幫忙拉行李，房間夠大，冰箱備飲料，廚房用具有個切菜刀就好了。下次還來住。

Excellent service ! Spacious, beautiful and clean room, with very friendly staff. The location is amazing! Check is is 8min walk which was not super handy with our big bags, but the staff helped us carry everything to our place so it was not a problem :) Quiet room in the middle of the busy area. Everything was perfect !

Acomodação limpa e espaçosa, com cama, roupa de cama e banho confortáveis. Cozinha equipada com itens básicos para refeição. Ar condicionado funcionou bem. Ficamos no andar térreo. Cortesia de água, coca-cola, cerveja, fruta (maça) no frigobar. Localização muito boa, perto da catedral e torre da Giralda, restaurantes. Lugar seguro. Porém, o check-in é feito em outro hotel da rede Murillo, um pouco distante ao caminhar porque ruas são bem estreitas, e esta informação é recebida após a efetivação da reserva. Ainda assim, gostamos muito da acomodação.

El hotel está excelente, limpio y bien ubicado. Lo que no se me hizo tan bueno es que el check in es en otro hotel, el desayuno en otro, y la comida en otro. No hay recepción en donde yo reservé. Eso no me pareció tan bien.

Highly recommend Murillo Suites Cathedral! The hotel was centrally located and easy walking distance to historic sites, fine dining, and night life. The room was spacious, clean, and AC actually means AC! Housekeeping was fantastic! No early wake up knock! Daily cleaning was done while we were out. Kitchennette was well stocked. Coffee items and waters restocked daily at no extra cost. Maria at reception was phenomenal! She gave me peace of mind and scheduled our early morning taxi pick up instead of merely giving us the information. We were able to enjoy our time in Seville from the start! This was definitely a positive and memorable experience!

Very clean and quiet place, and very roomy for family

We had a problem with noise from construction that woke us at 7:30am and really no support.

Nice suite in a great location, with the Catedral/Real Alcazar in close proximity, and several places to eat and drink in the immediate neighbourhood. On arrival, we identified some electrical issues with the room, but these were dealt with quickly by the team. We found the team helpful and friendly The room is kitted out with towels and toiletries, as well as robes and slippers, which is a nice touch. Some complimentary drinks are also provided (water, cola, beer). Daily room service is also available if required. The air conditioning worked very well! My wife and I were in suite 1 on the ground floor, and overall, we enjoyed our stay there. However please note that: (1) The hallway/courtyard can be noisy and there is no sound proofing. Hence you hear everything outside the door to the room. The main door closing and the chatter of noisy guests did disturb us on several occasions. (2) The room is dark, and even with curtains open there is little light entering the room. Some of this is unavoidable as the street itself is very narrow, however it did feel as if we were staying in a basement flat.

Honestly, the only good thing about this place is the location. It was just a little older and I had the hotel upgrade me to one other sister properties.

Beautiful & clean apartment only steps away from everything you will need to have an unforgettable Spain experience. The neighborhood is amazing.. everything we could have wanted and more! The only downside is the check in process. You have to check in at a separate location and although they tell you that’s it’s quick and easy to walk to your room that’s an understatement. I would recommend you take a taxi to your building, they charge an additional 10 euros to do so. In our case, we opted for the taxi only he dropped us at the wrong location. So our keys didn’t work and if I hadn’t taken a picture of the receptionist # on my phone we would have been stuck. Getting back to the receptionist location would have been a maze and nearly impossible to find. We had to google the correct location and walk 15 mins to the right spot with all of our luggage. Then we waited an extra 30 mins for a staff member to walk the new keys to us (they do not have any other way to travel around). By the time we got our belongings dropped off we were late for a flamenco show we had already purchased tickets for and had to rush to walk 20-25 mins to the show while following Google Maps. All in all our first impression was not a good one. The staff was kind and patient through all of our expressed frustrations and the following day advised they would be paying for our transfer to the airport at no charge at the end of our stay. We appreciated that! Aside from that debacle our trip was excellent!

We had a few minor issues ( ie a plumbing issue that came up in the middle of the night), but the staff were excellent and helpful. They went out of their way to make up for things and ensure we had an enjoyable stay (which they did). Would definitely return

Check-in was at another location, but thank goodness there was a porter that dragged our bags along the cobblestone streets for a ten minute walk to our hotel! At our hotel everything was perfect.. cleaning lady was awesome! She did a wonderful job at keeping our place tidy and clean!! Location was great! Having a small kitchen was great to be able to cook own breakfast every morning, saving on time and money. Would definitely stay here again if ever in Savella.

Great location everything within walking distance

Great location and site has a washer dryer, dishwasher, and small refrigerator, electric stove. Lots of lights and switches. The location does not have a front desk so one has to check in at another property. So one has to walk 10 minutes with your luggage. Not ideal on cobblestone pavement. Bathroom needs towel bars or hooks to hang towels. Hotel should provide face towels.
