Terrible experience. Shower stopped working in the middle of me taking one. And kept shutting off. Called staff and they didn’t offer anything besides “just wait” like absolutely not!

The water pressure was very poor, we lost water a few times during mornung showers

Although there was a plametto bug in our room, the staff was quick to change our room since it was still alive and we were too grossed out to try and get rid of it. The staff was super friendly at all times no matter the time of day or night. Everyone was friendly. The breakfast was also a plus!

Wifi did not work for me no matter where I went. Night staff was incredible!!! Day staff could be a little friendlier.

Outstanding staff. Check in and checking out was Outstanding. Staff were extremely hospitality, knowledgeable and very professional and helpful. Thank you to the staff members of Fairfield in for making my stay at your establishment pleasantly rememberable.

Everything was just average. We were there just for a night so sucked it up. The toilet had a really bad smell, exhaust didn't do much and later realized smell was coming from drains in sink and toilet whenever water went thru them. Then breakfast was very mediocre. Eggs tasted plasticy and bread didn't look fresh as well. Coffee was non existent when we arrived and it took them a good 15-20 min.to get more, there was a line of people waiting for it by that time. Rooms were clean but much smaller than expected.

Very nice place. Clean rooms and common areas. Great customer service. If you are coming for the free breakfast just remember, it’s free and not gourmet!!!

The staff has to be sure everything is ok, before to asign the room.

Haydee at the front desk made feel right at home since the moment I checked in. The mini market is well supplied with all kind of goodies and available 24/7. Too bad I only stayed for one night, but I will be back.

Property is very location is great the only thing is the pool is very small

I appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport. Easy to schedule and nice staff to transport. Despite the property saying they remodeled recently, I would say some features are still older. But overall I felt safe and comfortable for a one night stay.
