El dominio de varios idiomas por parte del personal hace la estadía mucho más cómoda.

Lugar legal, afastado do centro mas dá pra chegar a pé. Comodidades bem privativas, o que é bom, mas muito claustrofóbico pra quem não consegue ficar em lugares fechados.

The room and bed were fine, but I was repeatedly woken up throughout the night by noises — the sound of a hair dryer being used late at night in the back bathroom, neighbors playing videos, people talking loudly in the hallway, footsteps, and doors slamming. As a result, I hardly got any good sleep. On top of that, perhaps because it was the weekend and very crowded, I had to go to every floor just to find a bathroom to wash my face, but all of them were occupied, which was really frustrating. The location is fairly good, but I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone who values a good night’s sleep.

The entire space is rather run down unfortunately. On my first night there a roach was in the bathroom and then in my room the next night I saw another. They clean regularly, but I don't think that makes much of a difference with a place so run down. Also, no more complimentary coffee, bummer. If you're on a budget and don't mind these things it's fine, the neighborhood is in a good location, very walkable and the staff are kind and helpful.

This is a great little hostel hidden in the streets of Lisbon. It is in a quiet area and the windows face the street. It is very quiet (we stayed one night on a Tuesday). The metro is a few minute walk or you could walk to the historic centre if you are able bodied. The bathrooms are clean and shared. The rooms have electronic keys and the showers/bathrooms have locks. The rooms are big, very basic, but perfect for a quick stay. The room had a fan which was absolutely amazing as it has no air conditioning and Lisbon is very hot still in September. The pizza place Jezzus down the street is excellent and they free pour their glasses of wine. I would recommend this hotel over some of the hotels purely because it was quiet and comfortable enough. Note, there is no elevator and stairs only. Staff spoke excellent English and explained everything very well.

Pros: Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. No elevator, so if youre on the 3rd floor or higher its quite the climb

Not ideal unless you’re a college-age solo traveler. The setup feels geared toward backpackers who don’t mind lower standards. The kitchen is right next to the rooms, so you constantly hear people talking. The bathrooms are below average, and during my stay, the doorbell broke multiple times. Overall, it’s not very comfortable or well-maintained.
