My pros and cons after spending one night: + Very friendly and helpful staff in all facilities + Decent breakfast + Modern and clean rooms + Great inside spa facilities - It's abit weird that during check in they praise their outdoor pool are while the outdoor pool area is not open. Jacuzzi out of water and pool covered with tarp - Lazy in-room AC - Small detail but if the hotel TV gives you the opportunity to connect your device to one of its HDMI ports, why the port is the one behind the TV and not the one in the side? So basically you can not connect your device with HDMI

Beautiful hotel! The location is perfect as across the street starts downtown & ski lift is near by! I love the views from the room! Super beautiful! The one downside is the inside accessibility in regards to getting to your room, there are a lot of stairs up & down leading to rooms. Beautiful rooms & staff is super nice!!!! The buffet was awesome as well! Definitely recommend!!!! I will be returning.

Amazing location

Nice hotel with nice room and balcony. Many steps and corridors, but ok once you get used to it. Bathroom needs a sliding door as access is very limited.

Kayak için gittik. Otel gondolaya 500 m mesafede. Oteldenden gondolaya olan son servis 10:00 da kalkıyor. Banskodaki otellerin genelinde 12:00 kadar servis oluyor. Her seferinde gondolaya yürümek zorunda kaldık. Bu kadar kaliteli bir otelin bu durumu düşünmemesi çok saçma. Onun dışındaki hersey çok iyi. Ama bir daha kalmam.

Service was great, breakfast was great, staff could not do enough. Room was far too hot even with radiator off.

A very nice stay here, very comfortable bed, all new after a recent refurb. Great pools and gym. My only gripe was that the hot breakfast was not hot, in fact quite cold for some items.

Nice to have spa on-site. Rooms were quite warm and beds not very comfortable. Pleasantly surprised by food despite previous reviews. Lovely bar/ lounge area. Conveniently close to ski station.

Nice large hotel lobby and bar My room was large with a decent en-suite The bed unfortunately was not very comfortable The breakfast buffet was reasonable with a lot of choice. The evening buffet however was not particularly appetising. The pool and spa area was very nice and kept really clean. Ideal location for skiing as the gondola is only a ten minute walk. This is the fourth hotel I’ve stayed at in Bansko, might not be the best but I would stay again because it’s a great location and very good value for the price I paid.

We had a demi-pensions, Buț we was very disapointed about breakfast and dinner. The Food was horror!

The welcoming was bad - the clerk didn't bother to stand up, he had a lot of attitude. There was a water leak in the room's bathroom. The bed was so uncomfortable

I liked that it was close to the gondola and the rooms were big and airy with plenty of hot water. I thought it was good value. I liked some of the staff, especially one of the waitresses with long brown curly hair and the barman and Ibrahim on reception,. Some of the others were deliberately rude and unhelpful. There seemed to be no manager, or no effective manager. Who lets staff smoke in the kitchen? Why does the bar not open earlier to serve proper coffee when the coffee at breakfast is instant? Why was all the food so over cooked? Why does no one seem to take pride in the hotel and in being Bulgarian?

From the moment we checked in the staff were most unhelpful and cold. The Bellboy stood at our door basically waiting for a tip to be handed over which i find quite rude even when i do tip quite often but only on my terms. The food is shockingly poor with not even water or coffee being available in the evening when on a half-board basis. The food was so poor we decided to eat our for two of the nights for a break from the terrible slop. The breakfast is also terrible and very limited although they did provide tea & coffee in the morning. The location is good for the centre of town with everything within walking distance to the gondola etc. The queues for the Gondola in the morning are ridiculous as well as the free shuttle bus to the top of the Gondola therefore we paid for a taxi to take us to the top each morning otherwise you would be queuing for no less than 1.5-2hrs each day to just get to the top of the mountain. I will not be returning any time soon.
