Only spent one night but I was very happy

Everything was fine, except the shower head was terrible. It shoots straight out from the wall, an you can barely wash off the soap without standing on the other side of the shower.

Amazing holiday park ！beautiful facilities!

While the property is beautiful the hygiene was very poor. Rooms were dirty, utensils were dirty and rusty. Also they say pool is heated but that’s not the case, water was freezing. Cafe is extremely bad anything you ask from menu they don’t have it.

Had a 2 bedroom lakeside cabin with beautiful view. Cabin was spacious, clean and comfortable with a very well equiped kitchen with everything you would ever need. Porch overlooking lake had table with seating for 6 and bbq which was immaculately clean. Upon arrival had problem with tv, which by the way was a big screen which you don’t get to often, went to report it to reception and the staff member was already at the cabin when I returned. All in all would highly recommend.

No breakfast available except on weekends. Clean room, great shower, adequate storage. Wish there were more outlets, washcloths, and outdoor deck could use a sweep for cobwebs. Tim and the gals in the office were very nice. Loved that there were screens on all doors and windows, kept bugs to a minimum. Beautiful night sky views from the deck. Highly recommend eating at the White Rose Brasserie at the Bowling club. Also great prices on winesand a small 🎰 🙂. Lots od kangaroos in the nearby neighborhoods!

Great pool,lagoon lodge excellent with own BBQ. Great park for kids. Will definitely stay again.

The facilities are alright. But big room to improve on the management. First of all, our kid was so excited about the Easter egg hunt but the eggs were taken by older children before the hunt. In a previous ingenia there was an Easter bunny who hid the eggs when the hunt was about to begin. Much better planning. Also, the tennis court didn't require booking. That means some family could hang around and muck around for the whole day. It will definitely cause conflict or argument if you walk up and ask them to hurry up. In short, 4-start facility, 1-2 star management.

Decent stay but room for improvement. We recently stayed at Ingenia Holidays Lake Conjola, and overall, it was an average experience with a few areas that could be improved. The accommodation was generally clean, but we felt the rooms could have been maintained to a higher standard. One of the bedrooms with the bunk beds had no cooling system, which made it very uncomfortable for our kids to sleep at night due to the heat. Most facilities around the park were good, and the staff at the kiosk were friendly and knowledgeable, which we appreciated. However, during checkout, the reception staff didn’t ask how our stay was or engage with us at all, which felt a bit disappointing. The pool and play area also seemed outdated and in need of maintenance. Overall, it was an okay stay, but with some improvements—especially in room comfort, staff engagement, and facility upkeep—it could be much better.

Pool was lovely. Cabin bit dated but still fine.

Lagoon lodge was nice and clean BUT we did have german cockaroach, staff were very nice. Pool needed to be cleaned it was dirty with bird feathers . Over all it was a okay stay.

The park is so well run, the lagoon teaming with life to entertain my granddaughter and the pool is amazing.

Our first time staying at Ingenia Holiday Park Lake Conjola and we had a wonderful experience. Booking was very easy, and after that the communication was great. The villa was ready on time and everything was well prepared. The staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful. The park felt very safe and clean, and access to all the facilities was easy. Having a shop inside the park was very convenient. We really enjoyed the swimming pool, water park, and kayaking – my kids absolutely loved it. Seeing birds and kangaroos up close was such a special experience. Cycling around the park was also a lot of fun. Overall, we had an amazing time and truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely love to come back again.
