Do not stay here. I did not have hot water for the last two days of my trip. After being told the switch for the boiler is outside the bathroom (this wasn't advised when I arrived), I was told to let it warm up for 20 minutes. After it didn't, someone had to come and eventually advise the boiler broke. I eventually had to shower in another one of their units. The whole process from when I advised them to when I was able to shower took over an hour and ruined my evening plans. All I got from the inconvenience was a "we're sorry". Also, this place is right above a very loud bar, which you can hear even after closing. You will find much better value elsewhere in Split.

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Split – 10/10 Absolutely excellent location right inside Diocletian’s Palace. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — they assisted with luggage and went above and beyond with any help we needed. The terrace offers a breathtaking view over the historic city, truly one of the best views in the world. We didn’t even feel the need to go to restaurants in the evening — we just grabbed a beer and enjoyed the view from the apartment terrace. Superb kitchen facilities made it easy to prepare meals. Everything is nearby: shops, sights, and the waterfront. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend — 10/10!

Adoramos a estadia. Ficamos a poucos metros do Palácio Dioclesiano. A localização não poderia ser melhor. Para o viajante de carro é difícil encontrar estacionamento. Ficamos 3 noites e foi uma delícia!. O quarto era novinho, limpo demais, moderno, com um banheiro enorme reformado. Tudo com muito capricho e um terraço comum a todos os hospedes. Com máquina de café gratuito, vinho, geladeira e fogão para fazer comida rápida. A ideia é genial. O interessante é que a cidade era super alegre e movimentada, mas o apartamento era silencioso demais. O único inconveniente são 4 ou 5 lances de escada. No nosso caso, saíamos cedo e só voltávamos para dormir, então não podemos reclamar, mas é bom o hóspede saber disso, porque, como leio sempre os comentários, não fui pega de surpresa. Stella, a administradora da propriedade, é muito engraçada e atenciosa. Não tivemos nenhum problema com a estadia, pelo contrário, foi inesquecível! Voltaremos um dia e ficaremos hospedados lá, com certeza!

The staff was super nice and accommodating. The property was clean. The shared kitchen was a nice touch. The patio and rooftop level were great amenity. The proximity to the City Center was great. The only thing I would caution is this building has no elevator. The unit we were in was on the 5th floor. So having to walk up 5 flights of stair every day.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Luc is very helpful and kind. The room is spacious and comfortable. Really appreciated the rooftop balcony and the kitchen for making coffee. The apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of the old town.

Vastaanotto ja opastus majoituspaikan yhteisiin tiloihin eli yhteiskäytössä olleisiin hyvin varusteltuun keittiöön ja kattoterassiin menivät todella sujuvasti. Terassi oli viihtyisä ja näkymä hieno kaupungin yllä. Jääkaappi, kahvi/tee ja perutarvikkeet (maisteita ym.) olivat vapaasti käytettävissä. Majapaikan sijainti ei olisi voinut olla parempi - olimme käytännössä keskellä palatsin aluetta. Ainoa miinus oli vieressä sijaitseva kellotorni, missä kelloja soitetiin minuutin verran joka aamu klo 6, 7, 7.15 jne., mutta siihen tottui nopeasti, eikä kellot enää pahemmin häirinneet ensimmäisen aamun jälkeen. Isäntämme Ivan oli superystävällinen ja avulias. Hän antoi paljon vinkkejä ravintoloista ym. nähtävyyksistä ja aktiviteeteista.

Great location, very attentive staff, lots of amenities as well as beautiful views from the terrace.

Fantastisk vertskap. Enkel men grei standard på rommet. Helt stille og rolig, selv midt i gamlebyen i Split! Flott med koselig fellesterrasse, og solterrasse på taket. Kjøkken med kaffemaskin, kjøleskap etc. til fri bruk. Et koselig opphold!

Great place to stay!

Great room in the center of town! Lovely view from the communal terrace! Caution if you don’t like stairs or a bit of town noise, but perfect if you would like to stay in the middle of the old town of Split- which is gorgeous.

Amazing location and staff!

Perfect apartment for short or long stay in Split. Fantastic location plus wonderful amenities such as laundry service, air conditioning, coffee maker, full kitchen, two lounge areas, rooftop view, but the very best thing about Banica is host Ivan—an extremely articulate fountain of knowledge who went out of his way to help us in so many ways! Truly the best host imaginable. We are so grateful, thanks so much Ivan!

We really enjoyed the stay. The room was comfortable, the terrace and kitchen facilities were excellent and the atmosphere was so chill. The staff was really helpful with everything we needed help with. Also situated right in the center so it was so easy to get around on foot. Highly recommend staying at Banica!

Koselig rom med felles kjøkken på taket. Kaffemaskin m m og takterrasse. Veldig god service, rent, koselig rom i gammel stil. Sentral og god beliggenhet.
