Perfect hotel for a stop-over on our way to France. The staff was super accommodating and helpful, check-in was fast and the room was clean and modern.

An der Rezeption wurden wir schon sehr freundlich empfangen. Das einchecken ging schnell und unproblematisch. Das Zimmer war perfekt. Alles top sauber. Nasszelle super Zustand.

We had a great stay - our hotel room was huge - a suite - wonderful. The hotel is situated in a nice quite place - we definately will come back again

Mycket effektivt och bra

I was travelling from italy to Denmark by car and wanted a room for the night during my drive. I ordered and paid for the room a week in advance and choose best western as i was under the impression, that it was a solid hotelchain. But from start to finish this was the worst hotel stay in my Life. I Arrive late in the evening as i have been driving and I Can hardly communicate with the man behind the desk as there is a disco party on the mainfloor. There seems to be confusion about my reservation and my name even though i hand him my passport. I finaly get my keycard and find my Way to the room, but the keycard does not Work. So i have to go back and after more confusion I am handed the card again, now it works. The room is old and funky smelling. The carpet seems be 50% fabric and 50% bodyfluids. The aircondition in the bathroom sounds like it is powered by a diesel engine. Its 11 in the evening and I go straight to bed. At 6:15 in the morning i pack my things and go to the breakfast buffet which I paid for in advance. I am singled out in the Buffetline by an angry man with noodlehair and glasses, who wants to know if I am staying at the hotel, and wants proof. He goes to check and gives me such an attitude that i am stunned. I then unfortunately Dive in to the buffet with eggs that has been cooked so Long that the yolk is blue and a coffee i decide not to finish. When I check out, it takes forever to confirm that it is a prepaid stay. Never ever Best Western again.

Hotelzimmer ist sauber und ruhig, obwohl das Hotel sehr zentral gelegen. Zimmerausstattung ist in Ordnung.

Really bad they couldn’t offer us food after arriving 20:50. No restaurants close by. They advertised it had three restaurants open allday. And they also advertised they had a snackbar and a deli. None of that existed. Very loud music from basement. Room dirty and very hard usage.

The hotel staff went above and beyond and made us a pot of coffee for our early check out.

Smidigt, bra läge, finns Aldi precis bredvid, saknade luftkonditionering i vårt rum annars väldigt bra, liten bar vid lobbyn och restaurang

Et okay hotel med fin mulighed for at spise på stedet. Et lidt slidt hotel. Jævn morgenmad, hvor der manglede lidt allerede før kl. 9.

Bra bemötande, bra mat. Kanske trångt med parkering.

Relativt trevlig personal men hotellet är gammalt. Läget lämnar en hel del övrigt att önska. ACn inte igång utan man fick gå (ej ringa) ner till receptionen för att aktivera den. Var över 30 grader den dagen/natten.

Personal sehr freundlich, immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Komme gerne wieder.

Ich war insgesamt mit meinem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Das Zimmer war groß, geräumig und sauber – alles hat soweit gepasst, und ich habe mich wohlgefühlt. Allerdings gab es beim Frühstück leider mehrere Vorfälle, die den ansonsten positiven Eindruck getrübt haben. Ich habe wiederholt beobachtet, wie Mitarbeitende des Hotels sich direkt am Buffet bedient haben – und zwar mit den Händen, ohne die dafür vorgesehenen Bestecke oder Hilfsmittel zu verwenden. Dieses Verhalten war äußerst unhygienisch und hat mir ehrlich gesagt den Appetit verdorben. Hier besteht meiner Meinung nach dringender Handlungsbedarf in Form von Hygieneschulungen und einer klaren Sensibilisierung des Personals. Mit etwas mehr Sorgfalt in diesem Bereich wäre der Aufenthalt rundum gelungen.
