Great hotel, lovely facilities including the rooftop bar and pools, attentive staff and good food

Camere grandi e confortevoli, personale disponibile, pasti buoni e servizi perfetti.

Tutto fantastico, dalla pulizia , alla colazione ( abbondante e variegata, il personale super gentilissimo disponibile e accogliente , tutto organizzato alla perfezione, appena si entra all'ingresso si nota subito un profumo caratteristico che si sente ogni qual volta che si entra , dopo le 23 la cosa che mi ha sorpreso era la sicurezza davanti la porta , cosa vista in pochi hotel, questo si differenziava per moltissime cose , veramente soddisfatto, peccato che non ho potuto utilizzare la piscina perché nella settimana in cui ci sono andato c'era freschetto. Stanza comodissima , e nonostante il chiasso e la confusione, insonorizzazione perfetta. Prima di andarmene mi hanno regalato un gadget da scegliere , tra un cappello , e un ventaglio , molto carini ! Veramente top !

Second stay here in 2 years and loved it again, breakfast was excellent,bed really comfortable with great shower...rooftop pool great so would highly recommend

El desayuno y la cena buffet son increíbles y la ubicación es muy buena para salir a dar un paseo por la zona, además la habitación es silenciosa a pesar de estar en una zona de fiesta. Lo recomiendo sin duda, lo único malo la dificultad para encontrar aparcamiento cerca

El hotel es muy bonito y cogimos una habitación premium que tenía bañera. El problema es que por las noches el lavabo olía fatal, como a desagüe. Lo dijimos en la recepción y pasaron limpiar pero el olor no se fue del todo. Ya habíamos ido el año pasado pero a una habitación normal y no tuvimos ese problema

Sigue siendo un hotel de 10 en todo, ha incrementado la seguridad cosa que nos gusta mucho.

Great food, friendly service, an oasis in an otherwise extremely touristy and noisy town. The gym works but isn’t the best. Totally fine for a short stay though. The two things that weren’t too positive were the hair that I found in the shower head ( lots of it and mixed with dirt- disgusting to be honest), and that the bedside lamps weren’t working. But all in all, I would recommend the hotel if you decide to stay in this very special town. Just pick a room that’s towards the pool and not the street, in case you’re sensitive to noise.

Très bien bruyant autour pour celle et ceux qui aime le calme faîte attention

Hotel is lovely, pool areas are very well maintained with plenty of staff and a nice place to relax and sunbathe. The only negative was our room was on the first floor looking out onto a back street that was extremely noisy at night, up to 2am most nights, and again early morning with street cleaners.

Leider hat das Hotel keine eigene Parkplätze und man muss für ca. 25-35 Euro pro Tag irgendwo anders parken.

Gut: -Sehr ruhige Pools zum Entspannen -Man konnte immer einen Platz am Pool finden -Service war sehr nett und immer gut gelaunt -2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt -Preise für Sportgetränke günstig Neutral: -Essen war gut bis in Ordnung -Klimaanlage war etwas schwach, aber wenn man sie eine Weile laufen lassen hat war das Zimmer trotzdem runtergekühlt Schlecht: -Das warten auf den Fahrstuhl dauert leider teilweise einige Minuten, wir haben daher oft sie Treppe benutzt -das Hotel liegt direkt am Strip, wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße und konnten ohne Ohrstöpsel nicht schlafen -Teller waren häufig nicht ganz sauber

Beautiful, clean, well-equipped, helpful & relaxing hotel. Walkable to all areas of Lloret De Mar including the bus station for connections to Barcelona, the airports & surrounding areas. Despite being on a strip with nightclubs (the only blip), the sound-proofing & light prevention in the rooms is fantastic. We were 3rd floor, facing a nightclub & staying in peak season but still had a peaceful, uninterrupted night sleep each night. Would highly recommend & would stay there should we return to Lloret De Mar

Chambre moderne, propre et confortable, avec un grand lit où l’on se sent bien. La salle de bain, en revanche, aurait besoin d’un coup de frais et d’un nettoyage plus soigné (sèche cheveux, toilettes). Personnel agréable avec de petites attentions offertes à l’arrivée et au départ. Emplacement pratique (gare routière et plage à proximité), mais bruyant la nuit à cause des clubs voisins pour notre chambre (4eme étage côte rue). Excellent petit déjeuner varié et copieux, et rooftop sympa. Nous recommandons.

He estado un par de veces en este hotel y en general todo bien. Lo tipico, un caos en los ascensores pero porque la gente es muy vaga. por contra, las pisicinas estan vacías en pleno agosto y no hay problema con las hamacas. Lo que no me gustó de esta estancia fue el baño. Nos tocó habitación para movilidad reducida y el baño es abierto, todo es ducha, asi que no hay espacio para dejar nada porque todo se moja y es bastante sucio. Por lo demas genial, comida un 10, los trabajadores super majos y la limpieza también muy rápida ( en 30 min ya la habian hecho una vez puesto el cartel )
