Our check in experience was negative, as we had to wait quite a while for a night attendant (10:45pm) to arrive and check us in. Once the attendant arrived, he took his time with the process, but no issues getting the room assignment and keys.The room was clean enough, but had an unpleasant musty smell, and there were no washcloths and no shampoo in the bathroom. We found a small palmetto bug near the window, but that can be hard to avoid near openings, and he rest of the room was fairly clean, so we ignored that. Lots of noise in the lobby and outside the building, but it didn't continue very late into the night.

There is no ice machine on the premises, the room smelled funky and the floor was not swept upon arrival. The appliances pictured in the listing are misleading, they work but the fridge was covered in rust and the microwave plate constantly shifted when in use. The bed frames lifted off the ground when you sat down and other guests were not curteous with noise level starting at overall it looks poorly managed and not kept up.

Employment so kind so nice always clean. Very quiet. I recommend this place.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was clean & well appointed. Would love to have had a coffee maker. Will stay again:)

What the extended day through Expedia when I got there, I could not check in because they did their night audit and it wouldn’t let me check in so I want my refund. They did it on their end. They need you to do it on your end Expedia.

They gave me a charge for late check out but I checked out at 10:15 am. Left my card on the front desk because nobody was there after 5 minutes….other than that, my stay was great.

Mean staff, they didnt have room availability but let me book it.

Check in took FOREVER, even tho there was only one person in front of us. Then we were rudely informed of the non negotiable $100 deposit (even tho we already paid, and there was no mention of this on the website). As we left ON TIME, I stopped at the front desk to make sure they knew we were leaving. The next day I realized they only refunded a portion of the deposit- the reason stated… LATE CHECK OUT?!?! The only nice part about this stay was the person that fixed this error and refunded the rest of my deposit (which took 7-10 business days to come back). Next time I’ll shop around a little more.

Really needs cleaning and the walls need fresh paint. Floors in the room and the corridors need to be swept and mopped.

Roaches. Refund denied for both nights. Was only there 5 mins.

It was as clean as it could be but the hotel trim and appliances were not in good shape

This has not been a good experience.

I woke up with bed bug bites and bugs all over me and in the bed. I was loved to a different floor and room and that room had roaches. The staff was extremely nice but they should’ve definitely been notifying people of this issue

Nasty dirty nasty bathroom this hotel is not worth your money on top that they have roaches crawling everywhere anyone come to this hotel that will be disappoint
