Great hotel for visiting customer in Diss. Leisure facilities were very run down/unavailable. However, I had a very friendly check-in, a wonderful room, and the absolute difference was Lee in the bar. He was super attentive, busy, personable (we could have talked for hours about cars) and went the extra mile to look after me. He's a credit to your hotel!

The only "issue" I had was the wood my burger was served on. It wasn't flat, it rocked around. Really annoying

Lovely staff - very friendly and very professional. Really appreciated the manager who called me when she was off shift to resolve a small issue. This hotel is great value for money.

I picked the property for location, value and EV charger. It didn’t disappoint on any of these. Room was a bit tired but for the price this was acceptable but great EV charger at a good price and good restaurant on site.

The checking in was brilliant, we arrived in the morning and they gave us our key early as we were not going to be needing our room until later as we were attending a wedding in a nearby village. Everything was as you would expect however the bed was not!! They had put a king size mattress on a double bed. Unbeknown to me I turned over while I was asleep and fell out hurting myself!! The mattress was not supported by anything under it and it was overlapping my side of the bed by about 9 inches. I'm sure this review must sound comical but I can assure you it certainly was anything but funny. I've just had a knee replacement and am not ready for anything else quite yet

Room was a lot larger and more comfortable than expected from the reasonable price. Also pleasantly cool during a sweltering heatwave. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Stayed for one night… TV didn’t work and bathroom was a bit dirty. Very tired room but staff were nice.

The food was very good as was the room. The shower overflowed in the drain which was not good.

A very small bathroom. You could easily lose 2-3 ft in the bedroom Otherwse it was very good.

Poor and absolutely not worth the £104room only fee - to many horror’s to talk about disaster and that’s day one

Great hotel and the food served was really good

We loved our stay of 4 nights. We stayed in a chalet and had the breakfast which was very nice. We found all the staff in every area very friendly and chatty and a helpful. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend or stay agsin.
