Helpful staff. Dated hotel though adequate for the price paid.

The hotel could do with being refurbished but it is a 3 star hotel and for the price is acceptable, rooms could do with being cleaned a bit better but cant fault the staff and we actually enjoyed our stay will definitely return for another stay

The room was clean, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom. The staff were efficient and helpful. Good choice of vegan options on the menu. I would stay there again.

The hotel didn’t cleaned the carpet, so much dirt on the floor and even the cupboards also not cleaned. They provided only shampoo, no shower Gel or body wash.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and I have to say the breakfast was incredibly disappointing. Each morning, we were served the exact same plate, and I mean the same plate—untouched food from the first day was still there on the second, and by the third day, I had to tell them to throw it out because it was likely stale. It was clear there was no effort put into the breakfast at all. The staff were unhelpful and clueless about anything related to the meals. If you’re expecting a decent breakfast, avoid this hotel. You’re better off staying somewhere without breakfast and eating out instead. Room was below average as the shower wasn’t working, it was fixed the second night. There was no soap or shower gel in the bathroom, after asking 2/3 times they put a liquid hand soap on the third day. Would not recommend staying here. Not worth it.

Okay for one night

i have been charged twice for this stay and not happy about it at all i need a refund asap

Rooms were not cleaned properly

Laggng/slow WiFi and tellie,lots of sweet in Breakfast, no choice for Notting Else, healthy breakfast etc, smelly pillows and blanket,

If everywhere else is fully booked then it’s fine. Other than that, the bedsheets were threadbare and had stains on them but as we had just arrived from a long haul flight we were too tired to care. The bathroom was run down with mould and a broken bit on the bath/shower. Massive spider in the bath. Breakfast was okay .

Shower overflowed and did not drain. Breakfast was below average

There were mice in the room and large i mean large spiders running around caught one in a glass to show the staff also bed sheets had stains all over it never slept a minute

There was no daily house keeping 4 days till asked if room needed cleaning walls dirty,drink stains on bed side cupboards,tooth paste on sink,and bandaid on floor when checked in. Breakfast area never vacuumed in 6 days and cereal on floor tables wiped down anything food stuck to table left there. If you want cheep no frills for 2 days it's ok asked for something to be done girls said have to ask my manager and slow wouldn't let you know

Lots off traffic driving past the room was good but dated could do with usb sockets for charging phones staff were friendly and helpful

Blev flyttet til B&B 20 km fra hotellet pga vandskade. Værelset var slidt og vindue kunne ikke lukkes. Dog varme på værelse.

Hotel was clean and friendly staff. We were disappointed there was no bar and breakfast was vegan

The food is Vegetarian vegan and zero alcohol drinks only

Asked for towels - never got them...... matress worn out. Window only attached on one hinge. Various bits broken in bathroom.

Lovely vegetarian hotel with vegetarian breakfast and great pizza for a dinner.
