Great location and safe

The hotel is so sweet and amazing g design. The staff were fantastic. Really helpful and kind. Christian at the restaurant was super lovely. The restaurant food was excellent . Breakfast was great . Great location. Will stay again.

Um hotel aconchegante, com funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã muito bom. Cama muito confortável, travesseiros muito bons. A localização é próxima os Museo se belas artes e os outros pontos turísticos são bem próximos, se tiver de carro, ficam no máximo 10 minutos O hotel não possui estacionamento, porém, em frente tem um estacionamento público.

Very nice place to stay, safe clean, beautiful and central to the fun but not too close

This is a good hotel! The location is so convenient for Bellavista bars and nightlife, short walk to Funicular for spectacular view of this city. The hotel has friendly, helpful staff, great rooms, a sort of art deco feel. Nice breakfast. The rooftop bar is cool, with city views, food menu..great for a chill out evening.

Hospitalidade excepconal, acomodações muito confortáveis e silenciosas, café da manhã excelente. Localização de fácil acesso à pé a transporte e atrações turísticas, como centro histórico, Cerros San Cristóbal e Santa Lucia, além de parques e áreas de gastronomia.

The staff was very nice and helpful during our stay. The suite was very spacious and well appointed. The roof restaurant and the bfast restaurant were very good.

Toalhas não servem nem para pano de chão, cama velha, quarto sujo, café da manhã péssimo, não repõem os alimentos e sem variedade de comida. O hotel nas fotos parece lindo mas na realidade um prédio sem conservação e cuidado. Mal deu pra dormir 1 noite, dia seguinte saímos e fomos para outro hotel.

The hotel was centrally located and recently updated. Free breakfast was fantastic. Staff were very helpful. Organised any early breakfast for an early departure.

O hotel é o que se vê nas fotos. Ricamente decorado, o elevador que mantém a estrutura antiga é um charme. O quarto bem espaçoso. Em resumo o hotel é exclusivo e um charme. Prós: o staff é super atencioso, a localização não compromete mas infelizmente no período da minha viagem tinham muitas obras na cidade dificultando os acessos. Contras: Não tem estacionamento no local mas foi indicado um estacionamento publico a 3 quadras de distância. Após as 9:45AM os itens do café podem faltar e a reposição nem sempre é ágil. O staff compensa preparando os itens que desejava e levando em porções individuais na mesa. Veredito: ficaria novamente neste hotel sem duvidas.

Second time I've stayed there. Excellent in every respect. Rooftop terrace is my main reason that I go there. Free breakfast is definitely another incentive. Great location as well. Near all the touristy places. Would recommend this place no question.

Quartos confortáveis, arquitetura histórica, ótimo café da manhã e atendimento muito atencioso e educado. Na cobertura há um restaurante muito agradável.

This is truly a work of art. The charm of the hotel cannot be understated. The Art Deco masterpiece was a labor of love for this architect. The elevator is truly a wonderful classic. The rooftop restaurant has great food and views are quite nice. Loved the deep tub. Wood floors are comfortable. In a great location. Walked to lots of the main sites. Breakfast is great and the dining room also once again is true to the art deco theme. The pink color is charming and the tile stunning. The front desk has such nice people who speak many languages. Make sure you go walk up the hill with Saint Maria on top and see the mountains surround you.
