C'est la troisième année que nous y allons et c'est toujours une belle expérience. Vue sur la montagne, piscine et spa, petit dejeuner et chambre familiale, c'est idéal pour une famille.

Cabin was clean and well kept, no TV, pool , hot tub and sauna at main building were great.

Cleanliness could improve (bed sheet stain, toothpaste splashes on the bathroom faucet, pink mold in shower and smudges on windows) Breakfast was decent. Eggs, breads, croissant, cereal and fruit. Coffee and tea served all day in the lobby was a plus! Employees were helpful and amenities were nice. Beds were comfy. We were on the 2nd floor and there arent elevators or parking near so anyone with mobility issues be cautious. The hotel is in a great location, half way between the town and Mt Sutton

We really enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the atmosphere, the views and loved the bunked beds in our rooms for the kids. We will definitely be back again!

Accommodations were good. A few maintenance jobs needed considering price you pay. I.e. shower door didn’t close properly, exterior door hard to close, indoor furniture not comfortable. Did not like being told to clean up and sweep, do dishes etc. after paying over 300$ a night. Feel like that should have been taken care of by facility.

Hotel Horizon was perfect for our March break ski vacation. Excellent amenities and fun atmosphere for the kids. The chalets are equipped with everything you need. We loved the pool, hot tub, and sauna after long days on the slopes. We will definitely be staying again.

Chambre propre, personnel accueillant

Absolutely adorable cabin, felt very private, never heard other neighbors. Very close to Mont Sutton and an excellent trail system for cross country and snow shoeing. Pool and sauna were excellent, hot tub and gym could use some work. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Bedding very clean.

Le chalet est une option optimale pour vivre une expérience dans la bois, l’intimité, sentir la chaleur du feu de bois aussi. Il y a tout l’équipement nécessaire pour cuisiner également. Par ailleurs, bien que les draps étaient propres, la propreté du reste du chalet laisse à désirer. Il y avait du sang séché sur la douillette, les planchers étaient sales et que dire du divan-lit au salon (yark). Disons que le prix pour deux personnes n’est pas représentatif de l’état des lieux. Maurine est très serviable et gentille.

Chalets are very clean, and you get access to the excellent pool, finnish bath and sauna. Great stay!

Very cute, good value

The location can't be beat, but the overall hotel was pretty dirty--the lobby, the room, the dining areas. It felt understaffed, and like the rooms weren't cleaned very often.

Everything was amazing! We stayed in a chalet with our 2 boys for a ski trip. The chalet was clean and perfect, but it is also no frills which we were perfectly happy with…a cozier couch and chair would have been nice but what was there also didn’t take away from anything. We did a fire one night and wow did it get warm! The staff was so wonderful and friendly. Coffee in the lobby was a nice touch of catching a cozy spot on the couch and lounging. There were also games in the lobby. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were a perfect touch. A few notes that we realized for the chalet we’ll pack for next time and may help others for their trip: paper towels or napkins, face cloths (we just used our towels), sugar, coffee, creamer (but it was nice to go tongue lobby to grab a coffee). The sleds made getting luggage to and from car extra easy. We will definitely be back!

Très belle hôtel rénovée avec goûts. Bien faite pour les familles.

Séjour de 2 nuits dans une chambre familiale, ce qui offre de l’espace à moindre coût. Propre, confortable, offrant une vue sur les montagnes; très silencieux. La couette nous a paru un peu étroite pour 2 adultes, cependant. Personnel très courtois et agréable.
