Staff was very friendly and helpful. Arranged transportation to the airport as well as directions around the area. We arrived early and they allowed an early check in. Room clean and large. Would stay here again.

location great! the double twin room as an awkward bathroom configuration making the shower leak on to the carpet and leave a weird smell. viewed from the rooftop is amazing and the staff are very kind

Bella camera, comoda e con una bella vista sulla città e sul parco. Ambiente pulito e accogliente. Come anche la hall dell'hotel, che aveva anche un fresco profumo di rosmarino: molto rilassante!

La ubicación y el staff excelentes, la habitación no tanto, tenía varios ruidos (ventiladores que no se podían apagar), la verdad no tan malo, pero lo que más molestó fue que el baño no era independiente de la habitacion

Quarto confortável e muito limpo. Funcionários solicitos. Café da manhã simples, diferente do que estamos acostumados no Brasil. Experiência ótima, retornaremos!

Great staff. For our stay, it was was excellent that they had their own pick up and return transfer to the airport because we had long journeys either side and our departure and arrival times were either very late or very early. Also - breakfast on the roof in the mornings with the view of the city was a great plus ! It’s a good section of town for shops and restaurants which are a short walk too.
