Location was perfect and breakfast was great!

Upon arrival the front desk clerk wasn’t friendly. No smile, no greeting. We had room #106 (handicapped accessible room) the only thing that was handicap accessible was the bathroom. Hardly any room to move around the room. Don’t stay in this room Unless you want woke up @ 4:30-5 AM EVERY morning. The slamming of cabinets and drawers from the kitchen. Plus the bed was very hard at the top half, like there was a board underneath. We went to checkout and had the same clerk. She was exactly the same as check-in. This time she said have a great day. Expression less again. Needless to say, we will not be staying there again. Food was okay. At least it was included with the room.

Clean and well apportioned. Musty for from AC allowed a room switch. Also early check in allowed acceptable room change. Mattress was kind of old with hump down the center

There was no Sweet & Low offered for a coffee sweetener..other options were offered, but not Sweet & Low.

Well maintained property with friendly and accommodating staff. I plan on staying there each time I am in the Gulf Shores area.

The room was very clean. I guess the lady from the front desk ran up and wiped it down again before we went in so the smell was a little overwhelming when we first walked in. After that smell went away, there was a musty smell. Overall, good experience with the room. The pool was a little dirty, not a big deal. The same lady from the front desk called us about 15 minutes before our check in to tell us the TV was broke. Unfortunate for them but didn't bother us. I appreciated the call beforehand though. She was very sweet. I don't remember her name but she was the blonde girl working Saturday afternoon on October 11th. Overall was a decent experience.

It was a nice stay but the room above us had a dog so we heard some barking and also the linen look dingy. The staff at the front desk were amazing.

The bathroom was disgusting, full of small ants in the bathtub and on the floor, Room 407

It was okay. The staff was great. The young lady at the front desk was extremely friendly her shift was 3:00 pm till 11 pm.
