A lovely hotel and a good location

Very nice small hotel/restaurant. Located far from the city center, but close to the Basilica of Sant'Apollinare and the museum, both worth visiting. Restaurant is a plus, food was very good.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and food was delicious.

Personnel bien mais l’hôtel ne correspond pas aux photos, ce n’est pas un hôtel dans un château, c’est juste un hôtel près d’un château, les photos sur expédia sont trompeuses. Chambres petites, pas de vue, petit déjeuner correct.

An authentic experience. Ravenna doesn't have easy access to taxis or Uber that we could see. We arrived at the train station from Rome and took the local train one stop to Classe (the South Western part of town). It was a relatively short walk from the Classe train stop using Google maps since the hotel is not visible from the stop. We ate at the on-site restaurant which is very authentic. No English on the menu. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. It appears to be a place for locals to go for special occasions. Overall a very nice experience.

Very convenient Hotel to stay if you're in transit.

Nice and warm environment. Perfect for families or couples.

Service is excellent, a good-sized room. There is no elevator, and all rooms are on the second floor. Very slippery ceramic stairs. The restaurant has no English version menu and workers are not capable of translating. Food is not so good.

Nice property. Was thinking to eat there but the staff was busy so we went somewhere else

Lots of attention; everything perfect. Nearby everything; easy to move around. Easy to get to Imola, Ravenna Port, Ravenna train station, stores, etc.

The property is attached to the Apollinare in Classe Basilic, it has a private parking area and the staff Is really kind. Breakfast should be improved it doesn't look like a 4-stars breakfast

Camera grande, sebbene con arredo discutibile e pulita. Dispone di ampio parcheggio, colazione nella norma. Accoglienza informale, familiare.

Gefallen hat mir die Umgebung, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nah zur Innenstadt. Nicht gefallen hat mir, dass die letzte gründliche Reinigung wohl schon etwas her ist (Kühlschrank nicht sauber, das stoffbezogene Kopfteil des Bettes könnte mal gereinigt werden, Flecken an den Wänden, die Fenster waren von innen verschmiert, ...) und einige weitere Kleinigkeiten, die schöner hätten sein können. In Summe: das Hotel ist in Ordnung, wer aber bewertungsgemäß 'wunderbar' erwartet, erst Recht, wer 'hervorragend' erwartet, wird definitiv enttäuscht sein.
