This place is infested with bugs , room had roaches and many tiny bugs all around. Mosquito are the primary residents of this hotel , our kid woke up with swollen eyes the next day of check. This happened when we used the bug spray provided in the room and they charge USD 24 for that spray :) . Overall staying here is a heath hazard we had to check out early and move to Cancun for rest of the trip .

Nomade was such wonderful experience from beginning to end. The staff was so kind, attentive and exceptional. I loved the location, the vibe and the food was so delicious. I highly recommend all the restaurants, the Temazcal ceremony, yoga and massages at Yaan spa.

I love the layout of the resort! I love how peaceful everything is and it’s a gorgeous the property is! Definitely coming back!

Perfect and dreamy

This was honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. Everything was perfect — incredibly beautiful, super clean, and the service was amazing. I loved everything about it and I’m 100% coming back!

Everything is great, very unique hotel and location. Only one thing is be careful what you pay by card, cash or by room number. In the end it might be discrepancies, and hotel might charge you twice for what you paid already.

I stayed at Nômade about many times by now. I love the magic of the jungle of this property. A lot have change since I first stayed at Nomdae, but it still managed to remain a magical jungle place. I love the yoga Shala and its soulful activities, the tents, the restaurants and the food, the people and the property itself.

This property was SOOOO beautiful & very zen. The only issues I had were more related to customer service. If you had any issues, they were not willing to accommodate at all. It was very much a "you get what you get & you don't throw a fit" attitude from the staff. This includes restaurants & front desk. Next to no light when getting ready in the Jungle rooms. Very dark. Despite all this - I would still stay here again. Very beautiful place

I paid too much and wasn’t able to modify my trip I had issues in the airport I didn’t arrive on time to my check in until the next day. So I was only able to stay one night check out the next morning and I literally think that was so unfair because I came out here to enjoy my daughters birthday and paid so much so that we can only stay for one night I wasn’t able to get an additional day or get a refund. I also did not feel safe at all staying in this place the people there are weird and creeps.

Limited dining. Expensive transport to and from the location

The hotel is really nice however I got sick eating at the beach club - and didn’t get to enjoy anything. I ordered the shrimp burger and a green juice and got food poisoning from it.

It’s a great property, the design of the cabins is well done, and the vibe is cool. My cabin didn’t have coffee provided (or TV) or a desk, and the sink and toilet were outside which is tough for me as I got bitten by mosquitoes almost every time I stepped outside. It’s jungle living which has its pros and cons. Wouldn’t take much to make this a true luxury resort.
