The location and cleanliness! I didn't eat breakfast.

Bathroom was dirty floors where not clean and the blow dryer was filthy I will never book this hotel ever again

Overall our stay was great. The only issue I had was housekeeping knocking at 8am waking us up to ask if we were getting ready to leave or if we were a late check out. Then she came again at 10 and asked the same question. Check out isn’t until 12. My sleep was disturbed

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was a little too expensive.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. The area is great - restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The website claims there is an onsite restaurant and room service but neither is accurate. The rooms are painted a mauve- pink and seriously need updating.They have a musty smell. The room cleanliness is lacking. The overall experience has been disappointing. It is not up to the usual Hilton standards. I can’t recommend this place.

We had an issue at check in, on our end, not the properties. They were very helpful in resolving the issue. The property is in a great location.

The place was clean and easy to get to and from airport. There were some issues with bathroom sink not draining and

Blinds was in the corner only had a transparent blind hanging and the lights shown in all night, reported to front desk that evening and at check out

Only real complaints are the pillows went flat and there wasn’t enough, and the shower setup is weird and creates a lot of water on the floor.

Great stay.

Didnt have dining which is why I chose it

Shower door wouldn’t close and elevator button on first floor went out. We had to wait on someone to come down in elevator or walk stairs.

LOCATION WAS GOOD. PROPERTY I GUESS WAS DOING SOME UPGRADES. THERE WAS ALOT OF BOXES IN LOBBY. OUR ROOM THE OFFICE CHAIRS ARMS WERE COMING COMPLETELY APART. THE ELEVATOR WAS MAKING A LOUD NOISE SO THAT WAS A LITTLE SCARY. FOR A HILTON GARDEN INN I WAS EXPECTING A LITTLE MORE.
