Lovely visit. Really lovely room. Few damages that had been bodged but didng effect safety or our visit. Nice food !

Tables in bar needed better wiping - but on the whole quite clean

A nice and reasonably priced hotel with decent rooms. Staff are always helpful and welcoming. Rooms with a view over the golf course are great.

Hotel was fine breakfast disappointing.

The Junior Suite is an attic room with three beds and a sofa that turns in to a bed. The bathroom is amazing. With bare white walls and only two orange chairs for colour it was very sparse. These chairs were placed to look straight out of the window and the view. Our view was over a field that had the what looked like waste tanks and diggers. To remedy the situation if the room was rearrange so that the corner sofa faced away from the bed. The television was put at the end wall, instead of in the middle of the room, it would make a dedicate lounge area more than just beds in the room. A feature wall with a good pop of colour really would make a difference. Pictures on the walls would be a welcome addition. A standard lamp or table lamp in the living area and side table really would upscale this room and make it feel sumptuous rather than just an attic space with beds in. I would be wary of booking this room as a suite as it doesn’t feel like one. Just a bit of thought and design could make this room an amazing space

Everything about this hotel was outstanding - easy parking, friendly reception, comfortable room with lovely golf course view, excellent dinner and breakfast - all thoroughly recommended.

Excellent value for very large 3 person room. Ive stayed before and always find this place a bit strange. Evening food options are limited. Reception staff could do with being more welcoming.

Spacious room with outstanding cleanliness, quiet and comfort. Sadly, not possible to use any of the spa facilities (pool, sauna) without purchasing a treatment and while I really did want a massage, the timings of treatments just couldn’t fit my schedule.

Seem to have been upgraded to a studio which was a lovely surprised and so well equipped.

Nice 2 night stay. Bedroom and bathroom were good sizes. A couple maintenance issues, showerhead needed changing as was rubbish and a hook on the bathroom door was missing. Breakfast was the normal buffet style, nothing exceptional but perfectly adequate. Had one evening meal in the restaurant which was very nice and a couple pizzas the next evening, again very nice. Hotel is in a good location for exploring the Cotswolds.

Poor signage to hotel parking area, dirty stained carpet in bedroom shower so hot much difficulty reducing the temperature Wedding party at the venue so disturbed frequently through the night by other guests No soundproofing and lots of banging doors
