Great budget option for visiting Exeter or for a stopover. Good breakfast and the swimming pool was lovely. Late check-in was easy and the security team were very helpful and welcoming

Not so much as a hand soap dispenser which I wish they had made clearer when booking as I did smell and needed a shower. Too far from anywhere to ‘nip out’ for essentials such as soap. Room smelled musky and the windows would not open more than an inch. No fan provided.

A clean room despite of a small room, the breakfast is excellent. The carpark is far away from the building which caused inconvenience

To be honest, I wasn't expecting a huge amount as I know this is usually a student hall of residence. It was perfect for what we were looking for to be honest as we were there for our daughter's graduation. I think my biggest disappointment was that the communal areas seemed to be air conditioned (or at least were very cool) yet entering the room was like entering an oven.. so we had to leave the window open overnight which unfortunately meant we were woken really early by the building works happening next to us. Other than that, the room was fine, bed comfortable enough. I really liked the breakfast and, as I said, the location was perfect for our daughters graduation, although I think it is a bit out of town for the rest of Exeter.

Because of the safety windows there is limited airflow in the rooms which made it difficult to sleep in the heat. There was also construction happening from about 7.30 am right outside my window which wasn't great first thing and made virtual meetings difficult during the day. The breakfast was nice. This is definitely a get what it says on the tin accommodation. It made me feel sorry for the students that have to live in these rooms year round as they are quite cramped. The bathroom is essentially a wet room and no bath mat is provided so your socks/feet get wet for a few hours after you've used the shower. The grout/tiles in the bathroom smelt vaguely like they've had 18 year old boys struggling to aim after some heavy nights out.

Very noisy fire doors meant that the nights were disturbed by people getting back to their rooms late.

Great place to be at our sons graduation at Exeter Uni. It made life so much easier. Excellent support and because it was so hot our room was hotter than an oven. We asked and they managed to find a cooler flat for us. Thank you. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, plenty of fresh food. The only draw back is where the car parks are and where the accommodation is. 10 mins apart. So drop off your luggage and then park the car. Apart from that, really great.

Staying here for the graduation of my daughter, this is an ideal location. Just a slight negative: As there is no car park on site, it was a bit of a hassle to drop off our stuff and check in. Then there was the trek to get to our room. Regrettably, no lifts, so dripping in sweat when we got to our room. Once, everything was in the room, it was a case of driving our car to one of the designated car parks, and then walking back(took circa 15-18minutes). This is really the only very slight issue. Weigh this up with the fact that you are on campus, and everything is in easy walking distance.(Exeter town centre is only about 1.5miles away). The breakfast is excellent too. The cherry on the cake was the awesome sunset and view. To sum up, highly recommended to anyone staying for a graduation or other event.

Really pleasant convenient accessible and straightforward accommodation very near central University campus. Very helpful and friendly staff.No tv so use mobile laptop for Netflix etc instead? Great breakfast with lots of choice included in price. Excellent value. Should be back again in 2 years for my niece's boyfriend's PhD ceremony. Thanks a lot

Breakfast was great - staff were friendly. The room was clean, but hot (due to the warm temperatures outside). There was a 45 min wait-time to get into the pool due to the limited number of lifeguards.

The staff were approachable and helpful. The breakfast was decent and the room was comfortable, all things considered. It seemed a fair price.

Nice, safe, quaint place to stay with large desk, fridge. Shower is quite small, but it works well. No toiletries were included, but you can ask at the reception as needed. Most additional items could be availabe upon request. For a budget friendly place within Exeter Campus it's a great choice.

Parking was a long way from the Hall/ room- I think due to building work but it meant as I arrived late I had a long walk= 16 minutes across a dark campus
