The room was awesome. It was clean and well maintained….but the breakfast options were limited…. There was not enough staff during the breakfast which makes it difficult to get things…. They don’t have enough parking in the property so you have to park your car on the road…. Otherwise the property is good for staying. Thanks.

The staff is amazing

The restaurant and reception staff were excellent and their smiles added positivity to our trip! Hotel was a bit dirty, breakfast was okay.

Welcoming staff, quiet neighborhood with access to shops and more. Breakfast spread was most enjoyable to jumpstart the day.

The washroom sink was stinking

the beds were not clean.The towels were torn and are so old that they tore literally while even using them.MOsquitoes in the room so requested good nite. thsi hotel needs renovation really badly

great rooms with great views. great restaurant and food. the restaurant staff was helpful. the location is good next to mall and the street vendors in the evening. nice lobby.

Wasn’t satisfactory as per Radisson’s standard.Buffet was average sometimes below no plates,cups available.

Poor service. TV was not working. Called few times but no response. Overall condition of the property was lbelow my expectations of Radisson Hotels.

Whatever support you need, the staff is always very much geared up with adequate solutions. Kindness of the people is the key of their service offer.

Washrooms do not have exhaust fan.

The worst experience i have ever had in a hotel. The towel was torn (attached picture for reference).. no wifi, no showere gels in the room... even there were no tea bags. Very disappointed

Rooms & service is good!View from front rooms is disgusting as there is a major drain in front of Hotel.... At least they should camouflage the windows partially so that drain is not visible from the room....We were on the 4th floor in room no 407 & 408 on our visit on 17th to 19th oct.....or least they should have allotted better located rooms.....

Friendly staff, reasonably well maintained place too. Especially impressed by how accomplishing the staff in the restaurant were with our little one’s allergies. Will recommend for sure.

Baths looked aged. Wood rotting , Shower head fittings into ceiling, no shelter for water not to go into floor, makes it slippery and can have a fall. Good breakfast spread. Nice location , away from the narrow street traffic , but can be there within 10 minutes transport. Close to Lake and ghats . Staff very helpful and friendly . 👏

Very spacious and good rooms. All amenities were excellent and a very good spread for breakfast. Very attentive staff. Highly recommended.

Overall cleanliness of the room was lacking with dirty sheets and dust bins. Room service was super slow. To top it all, the hotel management charged us Rs.10000 extra as "damage fees" for a broken TV screen. We just stayed in the room to spend the night and had no time to even look at or switch on the TV but we were charged "damage fees" for absolutely no fault of ours. Customer service is an absolute ZERO and we will never go to this hotel again.
